I purchased this duvet set in ivory, the color was stunning, the quality of the fabric is superb. My bed looks now like a 5 star hotel (only better!). I will truly recommend! I'm super hesitant to buy bedding without touching...glad I bit the bullet. I'm also a super picky person when it comes to my sleeping gear. It has to be of the utmost quality. I'm planning on buying another one next month to alternate. Overstock BEYOND delivered on all counts with this set. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I purchased this duvet based on the positive reviews but I was still skeptical about buying online without seeing the product. I am so happy I did - the duvet is beautiful. The color I chose was ivory. It is simple but very elegant. Others have said that the king size came with standard shams. The company must have made a change since I received two king shams. Overall, this was an excellent pruchase at an exceptional price.

This comforter is light and warm. I have a cover for the comforter so it makes it a bit heavier. I also keep my house at 72 degree so this comforter gets a bit warm at times. If you are looking for a soft and warm cover for a sweet bed, this product does the trick.
I was happy with the duvet with one exception: there was about a 1/2 inch black mark on the fabric that appeared to have occurred in packaging it. Otherwise it was large enough for my down comforter with room to spare for shrinkage after washing. These are the reasons I stay away from catalog or online shopping, because you can't inspect the product for flaws. Otherwise the duvet is comfortable and a good value for the money I paid.

I have been looking for a good duvet for quite a while now! When i got this i loved the quality and the price! My husband was not happy with me for buying one, but when it arrived he called and told me how much he loved it! I love this duvet and the 2 pillow covers that came with it... color is perfect. Wasn't sure because pictures can't always do justice... Thankx!

I bought this for the duvet cover, not the pillow covers that come in the package, so my review is limited to that portion of the product.The fabric quality is very smooth and soft, feels a little better than the actual threadcount. I'm very pleased with the color, texture, feel, smell, etc. It's a great value for the money.Just a note: due to the sheen of the fabric, if you step on the blanket with dirty or dusty feet it will leave prints very easily. These wipe off but there you have it.

I was looking for a thinner duvet cover for the hot summer. This does the trick and is good quality. It is a little wrinkly and I don't plan to iron an entire duvet, but I don't think any thinner duvet will be wrinkle free-make sure you take it out of the dryer while it is still running to minimize the wrinkles. I stay the right temp at night now, and it looks like it will last and certainly be easier to wash than the thick winter duvet I have..

I've never purchased a duvet cover before so I was not sure what to expect. I am very pleased with the rich color (claret red), even after washing it. The fabric is reasonably soft and somewhat heavy, which gives it the feel of a high-end hotel duvet. Although the buttons did not seem to be attached very securely, hopefully that won't become an issue over time. No loose strings on mine, as another reviewer complained. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Overstock is definitely the king when it comes to shipping quickly and at a low cost!

When I ordered this, I expected to receive a duvet cover, like the description says. Instead, I received a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and two pillowcases, despite the "Duvet Cover" description written on the package as well. The sheets were good quality, but I didn't need sheets. I give this product a good rating for the quality of the sheets, but what I received was not a duvet cover. I returned this item and am still trying to find something closer to what the description is.

I bought this cover in brown. It looked nice when i got it except there where threads hanging off all over it. I washed it and a button had already fallen off and it was really wrinkled. When I put the duvet inside, the cover was way too big even though I bought the right size. Its an ok cover but not for the price.

I ordered and received these sheets last week. gorgeous color and nice, thick material. reading other reviews, i paid particular attention to the corner stiching. i'm not sure why the other reviewer complained. the stiches looked professional and secure to me. after washing twice, they came out of the dryer feeling great. slightly wrinkled, but a few tugs straightened them out enough. good value for the price.

This is a great Duvet, especially for the price. I looked at several department stores and even felt items of this exact quality and thread count. The prices in the department stores were half off and still a lot more than this product, plus they did not come with shams. The bedding is smooth, comfortable and looks great. The only thing to remember with the Cal King size bedding is you will need to get King size pillows as the pillow cases are King size. This isn't a critique of the product, just a reminder. All in all, we love the duvet.

I purchased the entire set: Duvet, bed skirt and sheets in both the lovely gold and burgundy, mixing them for interest. The burgundy is a claret - red color. It is beautiful. The gold is soft, not brassy, very rich. The fabric and skin feel is wonderful. The duvet is thicker than the sheet material. It looks expensive, high end. I'm not only satisfied, I am proud of myself ! ! ! I did good, and so will you. Go for it !
Look for the same exact photo (the colors of the folded sheets, duvets and extra pillow cases stack in identical order in each photo) if interested in purchasing the entire set like I did. It is the only way to determine what's what.
I got this set in ivory and it was exactly the soft shade of the color as depicted. The nice sheen it has makes it positively inviting for a nap. Unlike some other reviewers, I did not notice any dramatic shrinking after the first wash/dry cycle and the queen size fits my duvet just fine. My only complaint is that "out of the box" the fabric has a little too much crispness (just a tiiiiny bit prickly to the touch because it is so new) but I think that will soften after a few washes and the material looks like it will stand up to such wear well. The softness of hotel bedding probably comes from oft-washed good-quality fabric anyway. Good buy.

I first has to find out what a duvet cover was and why I needed it to cover my down comforter. but after review I decided to get the egyptian 600 count thread duvet cover, It is a very soft, luxurious fabric, washable, button closeing for easy fit and it wil keep my white down comforter clean. Cost , color. style, and service were excellent.
