Down and feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

I find that this is the perfect pillow. Not too high, good support, super soft - yet holds it form well. I love this pillow and will highly recommend it.
"They are more firm than expected, which means they have a lot of down. The only thing I don't like is the zippered cover makes a crinkle sound when you lay on them. That may change after a few launderings.
These have to be the most comfortable down pillows that my husband and myself have ever slept on.They arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. Made very well. They did have a little ordor the first three nights, then it left completly. I highly recommend these pillows for anyone wanting a very comfortable pillow.

Great service, had the pillows delivered within a week of ordering. The pillows are comfortable, but it took me a while to adjust to them. The cost to ship the pillows to Canada was ridiculous but the cost of the pillows was reasonable.
The pillow is exactly what I wanted. It is the perfect pillow for stomach sleeping, it moulds into the right shape . I love it. and the price was right. But I would not buy something just because of the price if the product did not meet all my requirements. I know what pillows like this one sell for at retail so I am especially pleased. I will be back to Overstock when I need something special. thanks so much
