I really liked the sheets that I purchased. I am disappointed in that a few days later the same sheets that I just purchased went on sale for 30$ less then what I paid for them. However they are very nice and would have been a great price if I could have gotten them at the additional sale price.

These sheets are quite nice, but not quite as soft as I had hoped. Maybe they'll get softer after they've been through the wash a few times. They fit our 16 inch thick mattress pretty easily and they seem to be well-made. The subtle striping looks very elegant.
The sheets were heavier than expected but less silky than expected for the thread count. However, I believe they will last a long time. They are so heavy that I don't need a blanket. They wrinkle after washing and they need fabric softener. Try removing them from the dryer as soon as they are dry to avoid wrinkles. The gold color was true to the picture shown. I like Overstock and would order from them again.
This is the first time I have bought sheets with this high a thread count. I washed and dried them several times to soften them up. I like these sheets and the thread count gives them density which I like. Since these are cotton I'm sure they will soften more with use. The difference between a sheet with say a 300 thread count and this one is noticeable. The lower thread count are pretty flimsy and need to be replaced often. These will most likely last a life time. I love the color.
