Just finished installing these new egg-shaped door knobs (satin nckel) on all the doors in my home. Got rid of my old brass levers. The update result is beautiful. My handyman installed the knobs quickly , easily,and was impressed with the quality (and so was I). We didn't needh to enlarge any holes in the door to accommodate, like some other reviewers mentioned. I did over-order since I misunderstood about the "pairs". Overstock was extremely accommodating and helpful with my return, as usual. Very happy with these door knobs and continue to be impressed with doing business with Overstock.com.
We are very happy with these doorknobs. We even bought more after our initial order. The look is great, the price was reasonable and they installed easily. The only thing is that they don't turn as smoothly as some of the other, more expensive, ones we tried- but they were half as much money, so well worth it! Installation was easy, even on our 1920's solid wood doors.
We are building a new home and have ordered all our doorknobs and entry sets from Overstock. The quality can not be beat for the price. I would recommend this product to anyone wanted to update their home.
