Clean and sleek, this bench is a beauty. So much so, that I ended up buying two, one for my bedroom and one for my living room. I currently own both the Edo bed and chair. Overall, I've been extremely pleased with my purchases from Sitcom, the manufacturer of the Edo line.
I needed something unique for extra seating at our cabin, and although the edo bench has a "modern" look, since it has the iron legs and wood seating, it is also perfect for an ecclectic look when mixed with other decor. It came in perfect condition, quick to put together (add legs) and it actually comfortable to sit on with its curve (to fit your butt) I used it under a 9 foot window and fits perfectly in the middle to add sitting when necessary. for the price a great bargain!
I had already purchased the rest of the matching bedroom set from another source but the bench, at over $300, was too much money for something so simple. When I saw it on Overstock at less than half the price it was a "no-brainer". As with most of my other orders from OS, the bench came quickly and undamaged. It was simple to put together, and looks great with the rest of the set.

The assembly of the square stock metal frame is super simple, yet provides a sturdy result, with only a few screws & allen wrench that are provided in the package. The bench design has a definate minimalist, contemporary, asian look & is perfect at the foot of a king size bed, in the master bedroom..A fabulous purchase..!!
I oredered 2 of these. one came in perfect condition, one came with the bench split. I wish the base was wrought iron but it is functional and the undamaged bench is beautiful,
