Love these!
These blinds are just what I was looking for. They were up in less than an hour, no problems with installation. I have an odd sized lg. window, so I purchased 2 pair. My husband and son put them up to open in the middle as curtains do, by butting them together in the middle and putting one up to open in reverse. They look beautiful and you can't even tell there are 2 separate sets up. I had those plastic horizontal blinds for years and had to keep replacing them because the dogs would break them when trying to look out of the window. These solved the problem. :) My hubby likes them so much he wants to put them up in several other rooms.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. They look beautiful. You can see light through them so if your looking for total room darkening blinds these are not for you.

Great product, great service, lousy delivery & pac
The blind is great quality and beautiful. Unfortunately, it was sent with the wrong hardware package (clips, brackets, etc) and without installation instruction, but when I called Tech Support they were great - very responsive and helpful. On the other hand, Overstock.com was not so great. I paid for expedited shipping, which they didn't honor. When I called them about it, they first told me that it was basically tough luck. When I pushed, I was promised that it would arrive by the deadline. It didn't. When I called back, they were back to tough luck. Not impressive.
