are the blind panels white on the reverse side? Is there a chain on the bottom of the blinds connecting them together so they don't sway to much?

The Edinborough fabric vertical blinds are not lined but the color "Ash" does have a white backing. The others do not.

Our vertical blinds have a chain and a cord on one side. The chain rotates the vanes in place to allow light in between each vane. The cord draws the vanes to one side. You can decide which side at the time of installation (the track can be used either way). We supply outside mount hardware. When measuring, please be sure the height includes the headrail.

Can the blind be set up to meet in the middle and pull back to each side? This is a bow bay window and I want to open the blind in the middle. Also, the
