I have used this dishwasher daily since I received it. I have had it now for about a month. The only thing that I was unaware of is.....no drying cycle. For the most part the plates and silverware dry. I put glasses and plastic ware in a dish-drainer to finish drying. This is a great dishwasher for those of us who don't have kitchen space for a big one. Just to let everyone know or get an image in their head on how big it is...........................remember about 25 years ago when the microwave first came out, well that is about the size of it. Overall I love it.

This dishwasher works great! We are "snow birds" and live in a Mobile Home during the winter months. There's no room for an undercounter dishwasher, so the counter one is perfect.The stainless exterior looks very expensive and would match other stainless appliances.We are very happy with our choice and would recommend this to anyone.

We have a bar downstairs, and wnted something that would not take up a lot of space, but would clean the glasses after we use them. It works great, and the option to do a quick clean is just what we needed.

Yes it does not have a drying cycle but using the rinse aid works great and there is not much left to dry because of the heating element when you open the door to vent. Drying cycles are overrated because you always have those nooks in the dinnerware that hold a bit of excess water that get spilled when you pull them out. The exterior finish is plastic but does look metalic silver unless you touch it (small window is neat to see the unit working). Also even though the product manual calls for a maximum drain height of 6" above the base of the unit, it will drain higher if necessary- mine is 12" above the base. It is a pretty tough unit since it had a nice dent in the back when delivered and still worked from the start without any problems or leaks after installed and I do have a permanent connection to the sink drain as the unit is located under the counter.

I bought this model due to its Energy Star Rating. Unfortunately, there isn't a rating for performance or design.First of all the
