This is not an actual air conditioner...its more like a fan w/ cooler air and humidifier...however it does cool down my sunroom and decreases the humidity..it makes it more comfortable..i did not want a window air conditioner..i have central air and didn' t want the room too cool..it works nicely...and needs to outlet device of any kind.
Looked fine in the picture, but really ugly in actuality. Started having a rattling sound after my third use. Stopped working right after that. Was very expensive too.
I work in a high rise and they can not figure out how to get cool air into my office. I like this product because it keeps the air moving but only cools it a few degrees. I like being able to hear the water running and the fan because it drowns out my neighbors big mouth on the phone. I only wish it would get colder. I would suggest this for a small area that needed the air moved.
