    So far, I've enjoyed the kegerator. While setting it up, the piece of the tap that connects to the keg broke. It was made pretty cheaply, but fortunately customer service was quick to send me a replacement part. Other than that, it works as expected and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a home full-sized kegerator!

    The Kegerator was great. the tap and tubes, fittings were great quality and the kegerator keeps the beer very cold. The co2 bottle set up directions and setup results were very good as only the first 2 glasses poured had foam issues on the two kegs we tapped. After that, it poured great!

    Easy to assemble, clear instructions, though very tiny print. Unfortunately came with a dent in the right side when all unpacked. Overtstock is great at customer service, but would be a royal pain to repack and ship back.needs to be better protected at factory. Now just need to choose the first tap.

  • I see this question was asked and answered but I wasn't totally sure if the response fully answered my question. So, apologies, but... I need a unit that goes under a counter-top... I get that it wasn't designed for that... but is there a reason this would not work? I assume the tap screws on and off? Could it not just be screwed into the counter-top? Thank you...

    • Thank you edito for the question about the EdgeStar Full-size Kegerator and Beer Dispenser. The unit does not come with a Keg. You generally need to go to the liquor store or the beer dispensary and purchase the beer and rent or purchase the keg. Then you have it filled by someone with the beer of your liking. Just remember that the Miller/ Coors kegs, if you go to that company, have bulging sides and will not fit in the cabinet. The keg needs to look like the one in the picture to be optimal.
