Love it, keeps a huge high ceiling office, cozy and cool. Get one, they are very inexpensive to run too.

This is a great A/C! It cools down my apt in no time during the summer. I have a pretty large apt, and it took a long time or it would never cool down my place during the day using my window unit in the bedroom. Now, I don't have to worry about it. The only thing is the noise. I have to turn up the TV when it is on to hear it. The heater works fine too, but I haven't found a need for it yet. This was a great buy for a Los Angelino like me who has to handle the heat almost year round.

We bought this for our dogs who sleep in our large two car garage. We have only used the air conditioner so far but it is wonderful. I am looking forward to using the heat when winter comes. This is why I consider this unit such a great purchase because you get both!
