I almost always regret buying items for the price. Always turns out bad. This is another unfortunate buy in my misguided history. Not much to say about it. Cheap plastic finish. Unexpectedly loud fan noise. Much less cooling than the 12000 btu rating would suggest. I should know better next time.

I hate silence anyways. why not spruce up your bedroom with a brand new portable jackhammer? this sounds like a train speeding by everytime i turn it on. i could maybe live with it if it cooled, but of course it doesn't. I think "poor" is is understating the patheticness of this product.

Don't you love it when a company calls their products Xtreme? That alone should make you think twice about buying the item. I guess I should have known better. It cannot cool, it blows cool air so it's clearly functional but just does not have the cooling power you expect from a 10000BTU a/c. Best suited for very very small enclosed areas, don't even bother hoping it will cool a small room. what's more annoying is the excessive amount of condensation that this unit puts out. overflows and leaks on a regular basis. Looks quite nice though, maybe I'll display it in my garage.

It was recommended from a friend. She loves her's. Its quite which is good, however I think it doesn't cool as much as I had hoped and the plastic tube that has the outgoing air comes off too easily. kinda off a pain.

We got this for a small server closet that needed additional cooling. Worked fine for 2 days and completely failed. Don't even want to imagine what would have happened if we did not have primary cooling. Unit would power on but no cool air. Unreliable and near disaster.

I like it a lot , so far so good. Still is not hot enough to tell how well it really work.

When we got the A/C it was scratched,but that hasn't effected the way it works. so far so good,will know better when the temp hits 100+. It seems to be a lot quieter than the one it replaced. the only complaint we have is we wish the air ducts pointed up more than just straight out.

We looked at several typs of portable room AC units. This unit is fantastic. It keeps our sun room cool and comfortable. This is a very great price so the fabulous value. This was very easy to set up and to move around. Itis not very loud for such a big unit. It also has 3 speeds on the fan and can be run as fam only, dehumidifyer, or AC. If you are looking for a buy and quality, this is the unit to purchase.

i FOUND THIS TO BE A GREAT AIR CONDITIONER AND IT LIVES UP TO ITS PERFORMANCE. IT'S COOLING DOWN MY LARGE LR/KITCHEN AREA WITH NO PROBLEM. i ADDED A FAN TO CIRCULATE THE AIR BETTER. WAY CHEAPER THEN REPLACING MY CENTRAL. THE REAL TEST IS WHEN IT HITS TRIPLE DIGITS HERE IN LAS VEGAS NV.

I've been sweating all weekend and was really hoping that this would be a decent product. Just my luck. It starting leaking after 6 hours of use. I woke up in the middle of the night and almost slipped on the puddle of water. I placed in a large bucket just hoping I could at use it over the weekend. The next day, the fan started making a really loud clanking noise. Wish I had something nice to say. Good luck!

This arrived just in time for the hot weather. It cools extremely well.

Unit is easy to install and does a great job cooling areas that are 400+ sq ft.

Very good product. Works very well and cools my bedroom easily. Very quiet compared to other similar products I have used. The only downside is the heavy weight, which makes it less than ideal to move room-to-room.

So glad I bought this! Shortly after turning it on, you can already feel the room cooling down. The remote control is easy to use, and the kit to vent the unit is also easy to install. Best of all, it really chills a room, making it downright cold. My A/C unit just doesn't cool the upstairs very efficiently, so this unit means I can run the air less, thus keeping power bills lower, & I finally have a very comfortable room upstairs. If you need a portable air conditioner, I definitely think you can't go wrong with this unit.

Cools the room fast! It's a little loud but I don't mind it. Easy installation too.
