Most likely they would meet the requirements, but we have not tested them so can not be labeled as such. The fans are ETL approved.

How does a 13W CFL bulb compare to a 60-75 or 100 watt regular light bulb?

Answer This Question
This bulb is not as bright but it lasts longer and does not produce as much heat. However, it includes mercury so you can not dispose of them as you normally would a regular bulb.
