shipping and price were fine. but it this did not turn out to be the memory foam i have seen and touched before. i have had a memory foam pillow that is dense and heavy and more rugged. appearances are like basic foam pad and it is definitely not the super closed cell memory foam i wanted. it is not uncomfortable but it is not a miracle cure. if i were to do it again i would go with more name brand and a full mattress of 8 inches or more.. the pillows feel light and not very cushy. go for name brand.
I bought this topper to see if it would really make a difference in the quality of my sleep, and reduce my back pain in the morning. I originally wanted a 4 inch pad, but now that I have it on my bed I'm glad I didn't! It is just thick enough to fit my sheets, and the comfort is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I sink into bed at night with no worries that I'll wake up in an uncomfortable position, and with less movement transferal it is easier to STAY asleep even if someone else is restless! Probably one of the top 5 best buys of my life!The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the pillows, and that's only a personal preference to pillows that actually fit in standard pillow cases.Definitely worth every penny and then some!
I ordered a double with a pillow... recieved a queen with No pillow.Nothing a pair of sissors couldn't handle... but still a little Inconvenient and No pillow.There was no problem with billing or shipping and if I would have had time I suppose I could have shipped it back and requested the correct model. The product was comforortable after trimming to size.Over-all I would say mostly satisfied but a little Inconvenient.
Very comfortable. Wish it was a bit firmer. Did not have any smell as listed in previous reviews. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Also, purchased feather bed and deep pocket sheets. All worked well together. Marked appearance down because there was a very small mark on it. Looked like a marker, but doesn't affect anything.
