no odor from mattress, usually they have a cemical smell, none, no creases in matress, I opened package laid across upstairs balcony for ten minutes put on bed no shifting stays put on bed worth every penny.
I was hesitant to purchase sight unseen from Overstock, but was delighted when the items arrived - and how quickly they got here.My husband and I had purchased a cabin home for our summers in Minnesota and it came with brand new furniture. The bed was basic and you could feel the springs - so even before we slept in it I ordered the mattress pad with contour pillows. I put it on when we arrived at the cabin and it was wonderful we slept soundly with no lumps or bumps. The pillows were great for my husband as he is used to sleeping with memory foam contour pillows and now we have a set for up north.Before any guests come to stay I ordered a memory foam pad and pillows for the sofa bed to ensure that they also have a great sleep.I would recommend Overstock and their products to everyone. For the quality you can't beat the price!
