We planned to replace our old water heater with a tankless one for some times. Overstock dropped the price on this unit. It is an excellent price comparing to over $1000 in local home store. Great value!
This is a great tankless water heater though it is my first. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I called their support line at 10 pm and the engineer that wrote the manual was answering the phone!!! They were very pleasant and helpful. Be prepared when you go green you will have to make some sacrifices, however, I can take a two hour long shower!
