This mattress makes a great extra bed for a full house. The mattress was firmer than I thought it would be for sleeping. It is higher than any other air mattress I've seen. It was easy to inflate and deflate. The flocked top kept the sheet in place all night. I was good for an adult as well as two kids.

I did write customer service the day after we tried to use it. We followed instructions to the T and it still deflated. We played with it for at least three days prior to the actual use and did everything according to instructions. We had guests for the holiday and my daughter who weights all of 110 lbs, was not able to sleep in it. It always deflated. It's a piece of junk and would have sent it back had I heard from your customer service but I never rec'd a reply from my email. Actually, I was really, really upset by this product. It was not exactly cheap but it was not worth a dime. I have never had a complaint with Overstock and never ever sent anything back but this was really bad.

I was greatly disappointed with the quality of the product as it took me a while to figuire out that the airbed had few hole in it upon arrival ,as it would inflate and then diflate in few hours. Did not have enough time to return or exchange thr airbed as my guest needed a bed to sleep on. Luckly the manufacture send the glue and small patches to repair the damage.

Airbed has been used by several people so far, who have all approved of it's comfort and convenience. Easy to set up and down, love the hand-held control.

The product worked as described. It is a very good quality air mattress. It had a strong plastic smell for a couple of days but that went away. I would reccommend it.

I believe the bed works great. I would recommed it to anyone who has a house guest. Regular full size mattress pad and sheets fit fine.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. I ordered two of the beds. One worked great but the other one lost air. I call overstock and they are exchanging it - no problem and no extra fees. The bed worked very well for my guests and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was using an airobed mattress on and off which was soft and bouncy but comfortable and handy. This is much heavier and once inflated is not bouncy at all. Once you put a soft mattress pad on top and the sheets you can climb in. I did discover that it sure wicks away body heat so I put a foam eggcrate pad under the mattress pad and now I sleep like a.. well you get the point. This bed is much more firm than your regular air mattress if you have the bed made and have the egg crate foam pad under the mattress pad and put the sheets and blankets on, if you had someone sit on it they would not be able to tell it from a real mattress. I use the remote to make the bed firm so I can sit up in bed with the laptop and check email. Then when it is time to sleep I use the remote to let some air out and sink into just the right amount of comfort. The plastic smell was very strong the first few nights but now it is just fine. All in all a very good buy for an airmatrress that thinks it is a real spring and wood mattress and boxspring.

I will need to find something to put on the top before I have a guest sleep on the product. The product sucked cold air from the air and raidiated thru the sheet into the body even with a wool blanket underneath.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. It absorbs the cold. It needs to have an insulated product between the top and the sheet.. I found that I woke up in the night cold as the heat is turned down. Even if the heat was at 70 degrees it would be cold. An offering of something to make the bed warmer would probably be a grand idea. I'm older and usually sleeping with a light cover at night. the fact that it was the height of 20 inches helps someone like myself to get up as I've had two knee replacements and the lower mattress was not an option.I will neeed to find a topper for the mattress before I have a guest sleep on the product. I want them to be comfortable.

I have had inflatable mattress before, but this by far was the easiest to set up and take down, and most importantly very very comfortable. Also, it came with its own storage bag. I would highly recommend this product.

Very pleased with this airbed. We are using it to stage one of the bedrooms as we are selling our house. With a nice quilt and lots of pillows you would never know it's not a real bed.

I purchased this for myself as a temporary solution while saving for a serta mattress. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality as it is used on a daily basis and has not leaked yet! It is fairly comfortable and I also put a foam topper on top of it to help insulate. Great quality! Great airbed! I am impressed!
