Have been looking for outdoor lanterns for a while. Saw these on the website, called customer service to make sure they are for outdoor use and then ordered them. They came quickly, well packaged and are really pretty. They are fairly heavy - good for an outdoor situation where I don't want a windy day to knock them over. They were very well priced compared to what I had seen in stores.

Do not waist your time. Item is nothing like it looks on the picture, It does not have gold tone at all,they are more brown color and metal bands easily, which is why they are going back.

I was somewhat dissapointed when I received them. I do not know what I was execting, but something with a bit more quality for the price. It is difficult to latch the little door...wish it just clicked shut. However, they are unique and definitely are a conversation piece. I like the way you can hang them up for use indoors or out. I do enjoy them I just think the quality and workmaship does not reflect the price.
