The "non-stick" coating scratches incredibly easily, even with only using plastic utensils. Even when it's not scratched, I still wouldn't really call it non-stick. The handles on the lids get quite hot, too. The pros: you get a number of pieces with the set, and I like the stainless steel outsides. But overall I wish I'd spent my money elsewhere.Read More

I am very pleased with the pots and pans to date. They clean up wonderfully; I scorched one of the saucepans one of the first times I used it and it came clean immediately with just a quick scrape of the bottom. The instructions are definitely correct, the heat should be lower than what you normally cook at; the pans heat up more quickly at a lower temperature and hold the heat very well. One major complaint is that the handles do get quite hot, so I suggest that a pot holder always be used. I have purchased several of the handle sleeves which make handling the hot pots and pans much easier than a regular pot holder or mitt. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend highly to someone looking for a quality set of cookware, earth friendly and at a very reasonable price.Read More
This is a great starter set or, as I use it, to add on pieces for cooking. Very well made and nice heavy glass lids. Metal handles are always tricky, but if you get use to using pot holders with the lids, there isn't a problem. I am very pleased with this set.Read More
These Pans are awsome, they cook evenly and no hot handles. Clean up is very easy, a rinse does most of it, then a little soapy sponge. We are getting rid of our old pans with the hot handles. You will love these pans!Read More
Beware of this product, it is no good. When you use the frying pan, butter, cooking spray, ect. sticks to the pan and you will NEVER get it off. It just burns in to the pan. The sauce pans are fine fro cooking with but the frying pans for every day use are a bust. Buy the real thing or buy stainless steel and accept a tough cleaning job but steer clear of Earth Pan.Read More
