It has been 2 months since I got the ez faucet. Four of my friends got one after they used mine. It is very convenient while washing dishes and hands. I do not need to touch anything. Just put my hands or dishes under the faucet. The water comes on automatically and off when I move away. No more soapy faucet handles to clean. I saved about 40% on my last water bill. I couldn't believe at first but it got to be the ez faucet. I highly recommend this product.

After making sure all instructions were followed, it worked for the first 2 days. By the 3rd day, I stood over my sink, hands open begging for water. The water god simply laughed...I changed out the batteries, tested all the connections, etc with no luck. Customer service was kind enough to return this item, fortunately.

I was very surprised by this product. But what I like is no hands. I never need to touch the faucet. As I'm sitting there watching the little green light blink it finally sinks in that I should put my hands under. Duh! I've come in from gardening, squeezing persimmons, etc. and run my hands under and wash. If it stops while washing, keep your hands there, it'll start up again. Instead of showing friends, I've got some surprise presents.

I had this for 2 weeks; worked great. Until our twin daughters pushed the little button too many times and ever since it has NOT WORKED AT ALL!! I want a refund!!!

We installed two ez faucets in our two bathrooms downstairs 8 months ago - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. We were surprised when we received our water bill the follow month - 40% cheaper than the month before. We thought we just gave them a few more months to test. It has been 8 months and the average of water bill saving is 55%. We recommended a few of our families and friends. This is an amazing eco green product!

This is a great idea, the best application seems to be in a sink just for handwashing, does not easily allow for all functions needed for the main kitchen sink. I found that the water temp had to be set at cold. When I tried to set the water at a warm setting it caused the hot water in other areas of the house to be altered. Often only cold water only was coming from the hot taps in other areas of the house. So... for hands free hand washing in cold water, not at the main kitchen sink , it is great. I will use it at my bar sink.

Purchsed for my daycare bathroom to save on water usage and kids sharing germs. I had to change out faucet as old one was not capadable. Once changed out, new EZ Faucet works great and the kids loved it. Worked very easily and set up was very quick.

Worked excellent for the first 10-15 minutes. Began to slowly turn off. After new batteries and troubleshooting it stopped working entirely. Called company, they issued an RMA. I'm presently waiting for a replacement. I like the design concept. I hope the replacement actually works.

Did not work when I got it, and did not work when I got it back from repair. This is an upgrade from the previous model which was a bit bulky and did not fit the best on bathroom faucets. This model fixes that, and looks great, but does not work. After installing it works fine, then stops working after a minute passes. The only way to get it to work again is to unhook it and rehook it up. Shoddy product, stay away
