Will Never order from O.co again
I will never order from o.co again. I live in a high rise condo with a buzzer at the front door. UPS delivered the bed and left it unattended in the lobby by itself. I had to have my sick father go and wait with it while I left work early to bring it up. Nowhere did it say that the delivery would just leave it and not bring it up to the actual condo. Disgusted, irritated and wish I could return this product.
