We've had these stools for about 4 months now and they are great! They have stood up to the tough handling and usage of two young boys and still look great. I love that they are easy to clean and hard to break. Assembly took my husband about 30 minutes for the two and wasn't hard.

These come in a set of 2. I ordered two sets. In each box one of the back pieces was damaged. One had a crushed top corner, the other had a broken cross brace. They are sending replacements. The two that made it are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. The only confusing is in the cross bracing when putting together.

My son put my 2 chairs together yesterday. I loved the look when I saw the picture prior to ordering them and still love the look. Two things I will say to my dismay, first, there is a little nick in the top of the back of one of them (will get a furniture pen to fill the color in) and second, would you believe my chairs are two different heights! The first I really noticed them is during the late evening and I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me because the chairs are at the table across from one another but this morning I got out the yard stick and yep, they actually are different. One is an inch or so taller than the other. I could see this happening if they came in separate packaging boxes but they don't. Will I keep them, sure. Do I think this should be, of course not. Bottom line, they are really nice looking chairs so it is what it is!

I can be kind of a skeptic when ordering online, but was overall very pleased with the product. My husband made the mistake of grumbling when I ordered the first set, complaining that he would have to put it together. So I took it as a challenge. Are the one page illustrations a little difficult to read? Yes but with a little logic and teenager's assistance they went together without a hitch. I have ordered a second set and love the fact that my cat either doesn't sit on these chairs or her hair doesn't stick to it. Either way I am thrilled with the contemporary look, reasonable price, and so far the durability.

I purchased these chairs for our new kitchen island. They are very sturdy, and the purfect height for the counter, which is counter height instead of raised bar height. They are made from solid almost inch thick wood and attracive seats that don't scream "vinyl". If I had more space, I would buy more. I love them!

We just bought a home in Florida and needed these for seats at our island. They are great looking. Height is perfect and so is comfort. Has a rail across the front to put your feet on. We really use them a lot. Only two negatives. Assembly was very long and I am very handy. 30 minutes each chair, and the one stool wobbles a bit when nobody is sitting on it. Nice and stable with weight on it though, so the leg must be cut just a hair short.

This product would have been PERFECT...except that 3 out of the 6 chairs I purchased were chipped. They sent us ONE replacement back...and that was chipped as well. We were able to use a furniture pen to cover up the chipped marks, but did not understand why these items were all damaged. We had NO problems in putting the chairs together though...and they looked great at our counter.

The stools are very comfortable and stable. They were very easy to assemble. The only problem was slight nicks in the wood but I was easily able use wood marker to cover them up.

Bought two sets of these and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and appearance given the relatively low price. We have big men at our house, and needed sturdy chairs to accommodate. No worries on that, they are on the large side and very sturdy. The fake leather seat is apparent it's fake, but I wasn't expecting any different. It does not look bad, but no one will mistake it for the real deal. Nice for kitchen as it wipes clean easily. My cousins put all four together quickly without reading the directions and had no problems but they are pretty handy.

Some of the holes to for the screws weren't drilled all the way but overall it was easy to assemble. And they are very sturdy.
