We purchased this bed for a guest room. It looks very nice, and assembly was pretty straightforward and easy to put together. As mentioned several times here, you will need to go and purchase some more support slats, we added 4 extra to the 3 that were included and this significantly beefs up the support of the bed. I will still buy again, just be aware that you will need to get these to complete the project. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

The bed was bought for a guest room and the double size bed is perfect in the space. The headboard is tall enough for someone to sit up in bed and read without loosing their pillows off the end of the bed. The feel of the fabric is nice to the touch and the stitching detail is even on all the surfaces of the bed. I am very pleased with the look and feel of this product. Masculine without going over the top.

I"ve been wanting a dark brown leather bed for the guest bedroom for a long time. I was hesitant about odering it, but I did some comparison shopping and I couldn't pass up this bargain. The textured leather, or bonded leather, looks very good. The leather is soft and supple LOVE IT!!!

i am using this bed now and am very happy with my purchase. it took about an hour to put together very easily. could have been shipped with more support cross boards for platform. i had to add extra support to platform for mattress. otherwise a great buy.

I was unkucky, and probably got the last bed of this style shipped. A few scratches, a rip in the head board, missing slats but after color touch up, some glue and stitches, and purchasing 5 slats the bed is looking good. I called in the problem, and found out this bed was out of stock. Rather than return it ( other one I liked was also out of stock) O.com gave me alittle credit , and I did the fix up. My friend helped , and the bed looks great with my new modern coverlet set.

I bought this for my teenage sons bedroom and he just loves it. It came in two boxes and went together very easy,I think it took about 15 minutes. I wasnt sure if i was gonna like it or not as i have never bought a bed online before but i am just pleased to pieces. It is very nice and sturdy one thing i did notice on the reviews is that they dont give you enough slats for the mattress to sit on since you dont need a box spring and this is true extra slats are definately needed. Overall I am 100% pleased with my purchase!!!

Overall, It's a nice looking cheap bed. I don't know if it will hold up for long, but the last similar style I had did very well - almost 7 years. I do have trouble seeing how anyone expected it to support any kind of mattress without more slats however. But knowing that, I still think it was an okay purchase. It looks much nicer than it is.

We love the bed, a perfect change for my sons room which prior had an over sized bunk bed. The price was far below several other online companies that offer similar products. The color is a rich brown and the faux leather looks and feels real. The product arrived a week after ordering. Was very easy to put together, took about 30 mins. Directions are easy to follow and accurate. The only problem we ran into was that the headboard and footboard were punctured in shipment, about a one inch slice in both pieces. The product is delivered in three boxes; headboard, footboard and side rails. The headboard and footboard are wrapped in plastic and then placed in a box. Any slight damage done to the box during shipment will damage the faux leather. The product shipped from CA to OH, from the tracking records it was moved from multiple locations before arrival, unfortunately increasing the chances for damage. I am currently working with overstock to have a new headboard and footboard sent to replace the damaged ones that are double packaged to insure that item arrive undamaged. So far the experience working with overstock has been wonderful; everyone i have spoken too has been extremely helpful and informative. I will definitely purchase from this site again.

The bed itself is beautiful. As other reviews say, it is intended to be a platform-like bed but you can use a box spring with it. I left mine on and it doesn't effect the overall look of the bed at all. I guess it would be a personal preference whether you prefer a lower to the ground bed or one with more height. It was not very difficult to put together, either. My fiance and I did it in about 40 minutes. The headboard is very comfortable and soft. Overall, I really love the bed. The bed itself is a 5 star purchase. I had a minor issue with shipping. The shipping company left my bed on my patio without a signature or notification while I was out of town.

This bed is great. Has a "rich chocolate look to it". I ended up needing to use a box spring with my platform style mattress because it only has slats to support the memory foam...although a piece of plywood would also work. I love this item!

We have been looking for a full size bed for our college student. For the money, you can't go wrong with this bed. It came in 3 boxes so it was very easy to carry into the house. I was relieved to see that all the parts were there so I could get started putting it together. It was very simple to assemble, basically 4 steps and I was done. I did take anther customers advice and purchased 2 additional slats for added support. It probably would be ok with the 3 included but I figured why take the chance. I would purchase this bed again!

Bought this bed for our 11 year old daugher. It's looks gorgeous (looks much more expensive than it is). Easy enough to put together. We purchased some extra boards from the Home Depot for the platform so we could bypass the box springs. Works great - looks great!

The bed came in 5 days after ordering. It arrived in 3 different boxes which was nice as they were not that heavy to bring in the house. Putting the bed together took about 30 min. The instructions were fair, and could have been written better, but they were good enough. All the parts were there and all the holes lined up which made assembling it a fairly simple job. The overall quality of the bed and material was very good considering the low price. The only bad thing was that they only included 3 cross beams (1x4 boards) to support the box spring. It really needs a minimum of 5. Its easy to add some 1x4 boards to the frame or you can do what I did and put down a full bunky board and avoid using the box spring altogether. Now my bed is very solid! I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone looking for a bed under $350

I truly enjoy the bed frame. I was a little concerned with how flimsy the base boards looked to hold the box spring and mattress, but they actually hold up perfectly fine. My total bill came out to $***. IF the price would have been just a tad bit cheaper, like say $250 or less, this product definitely would have been a STEAL of a DEAL! But the product is still worth everything I paid for and was delivered on a timely matter. Also easy to put together. It definitely has a nice charm and sophisticated look.

Shipping was super fast and I received all pieces undamaged. It took myself and a friend about half an hour to put the bed together and we had no issues. All the hardware was accounted for and the instructions were short and clear. I have the full bed frame and have a box spring and mattress on it and the 3 slats provided are very supportive. Overall the bed is beautiful and sturdy, a great buy for the price! I highly recommend it.
