Love them
These are great barstool chairs. We were in need of updated and more comfortable stools for our kitchen island. We decided on these and they are great, especially for the money. Very comfortable padding. We knew from the measurements they would be about an inch shorter than our other ones (and the typical bar height). They are and it is noticeable but not an issue. Had to put them together, which took an evening but all went well. No damage in shipping and everthing was in the box. The leather color is a nice deep brown and the legs are black and all blends together nicely. We love the shorter back height also, they are not a large to move around in the kitchen.

Not worth the price
We bought two sets of these stools. Although assembly was relatively easy, it was impossible to assemble them so that they rest on all four legs. The materials were of very low quality as were all the fittings. The final assembled chairs look ok, but they are unstable and feel very flimsy. We had to go to a hardware store and purchase adjustable chair feet (which requires some knowledge of carpentry to install properly.) Definately not worth the ridiculous price paid for what turned out to be low quality knock offs made in China.

Nice Chairs But A Little Wonky
Overall a nice product. We purchased 3 sets, and had a few issues with some the cross braces not filling flush to the chair leg as if they were cut at the wrong angel to match the leg profile. Color and style of the chair matches the pictures perfectly, chair is comfortable and well built but I would not recommend in a true commercial setting where they will get a lot of use.

Not my favorite
These chairs are a bit wiggly. I put them together exactly as directed. They aren't high quality. My family uses them for everyday eating at our kitchen counter. The seat is a bit small and the back of the stools look cheap. The leather puckers at the top. I know they weren't the most expensive stools and we will get a few good years out of them. I wish I had spent a little more on better quality stools.

Great Chairs
These are great barstools. The assembly for each chair took about an hour and was pretty straightforward. We looked around quite a bit before ordering these chairs. We were worried these chairs might not be sturdy or comfortable. However, we found the chairs to be more solid and more comfortable than many barstools that cost twice as much. We actually bought 6 barstools and we don't have any complaints.

Comfortable and sleek
Our new place has a bar area so after much research, we decided to purchase these barstools. All in all, we're pleased with our purchase - the brown leather fits in perfectly with our decor and the seats are comfortable. Like most Manhattan apartments, empty space is not a luxury, so we use every space we can. The small backs provide the function of support but it keeps the place from looking too cluttered. My only complaint would be that one of the chairs seems a bit unsturdy; It creaks when I sit on it sometimes. Other than that, very pleased with our purchase.

I loved the size of these stools. There is a back, but it's not large and imposing. They fit my space perfectly. Love them.
