Dyson DC28 Animal Upright Vacuum (Refurbished)
I purchased an original Dyson from Overstock.com many, many years ago. It's still go great, but I decided to keep it upstairs and upgrade to the Dyson Animal. I wouldn't have believed it could be better than the original but it is superb! If you like a clean house but love your dogs/cats, you MUST have a DYSON!

Fantastic Vacuume!
I am extremely happy with my Dyson, and am glad that I decided to buy it. Although a bit concerned about it being a refurbished cleaner, it arrived in spotless condition. It was securely packed with all parts and the directions for assembling were quick and easy to follow. The vacuum worked much better than I'd expected, and although I had just swept my carpets with my old vacuum this Dyson collected so much dirt that I had to empty it twice! I'd recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone.

Vroom ~ With a kick!!!
Go Refurbished. The refurbished model is over $100 less and the machine looks and works like it is brand new. I have four dogs and a cat and the hair and dirt that this machine continuously pulls out of my carpet is amazing. My husband - who hates vacuuming....... loves this machine and shows me how much dirt it sucked up each time he uses it. The suction is great and I have already saved a small fortune in purchasing bags. I don't mind spending the $$$ for something that is worth it ~ this product ~ is worth every penny.

Powerful little vaccum!
A few days after getting my carpets professionally cleaned for Spring my vacuum arrived. It was easy to put together so I used it right away. I was amazed how much was still picked up by it! My only wish was that it had somewhere to hook all the attachments to the actual unit.

Worked good till it broke
It worked great for about 20 minutes then broke. I called the helpline and they were very professional but in the end, I had to send it in to Dyson for a warranty repair. IIt was very disappointing to pull something out of te box and 20 min later have to send it jn for repair.

Great product
This is the best vacuum I have ever used. I have a Golden Retriever and a long-haired cat and I thought my other vacuum (also a Dyson but an earlier version) worked well. I could not believe the difference. So much hair came out of one section of my carpet - I couldn't wait to do the whole thing! The motor is so strong but it is very easy to push. The refurbished model is the way to go. It is in perfect condition. I love it.

Amazing vacuum
I have many cats. Vacuuming is a daily chore, and my current vacuums are (and have been) top rated on Consumer Reports, so I've resigned myself to having to go over and over the carpet to get up (at least some) of the cat hair. Received this refurb DC28 Animal today and tackled my bedroom, the carpet of which has really challenged my Hoovers. This was *amazing* - one or two swipes and the cat hair was more gone than it's ever been, even compared to going over and over and over with my other vacuums. Push weight about the same as the Wind Tunnel, lift weight slightly lighter. I couldn't be more pleased on ownership Day 1, and I wish I hadn't waited so long!
