The vacuum arrived quick and in a sturdy box. It does a good job cleaning and we were happy with how much dirt was removed from our carpet. Easy to empty and clean under furniture. With our old vacuum we could not get under things. Easy to turn and also ordering was easy. Thanks.
This vacuum is definitely easy to steer, as advertised, and appears to do a good job cleaning. It's relatively light, and the Transformers-ish features make it kind of fun to use (but you're still vacuuming!) I don't think I would have paid the full price for it, but it's worth what I paid for the refurbished model.
I purchased this vacuum based on what I read and saw on commercials. Never could I have imagined it would pick up the amount of dirt it did in my carpets. I am truly amazed. My only complaint is with the ease of the attachments. I find the hose somwhat not easy to work with but all in all if you want clean carpets or floors this is the vacuum to get.
