Couldn't wait to use it once it arrived. Vacuumed area rugs and hardwood floors and was amazed at how much it picked up. Had to empty container 3 times! Rugs are like new now so well worth the investment. Only problem is that the atttachments that come with the vacuum aren't very good for under furniture, so you will need to spend even more for the accessory tool 3 pack.
I received my Dyson DC 25 as a birthday gift from my mother. I have wanted one for a while now and just couldn't get myself to spend the money since being laid up from shoulder surgery and falling behind on bills. I love it!!!! It was simple to assemble and maneuvers around furniture so easy, it is light and doesn't hurt my shoulder at all to use. I don't mind cleaning and vacuuming anymore, even the stairs. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who asked, I already have bragged about it to all my friends.
This is a great vacuum and lives up to the standards of Dyson. The only thing that is missing is a vacuum light... which I'm very surprised that for how much you pay for the thing, Dyson couldn't have added that.
