Terrific Tool
I've been cleaning floors one way or another for almost seventy years and most of it has been nothing but hard work. I've owned several vacuum cleaners, but this Dyson easily beats them all. It's engineered so that it's simple to assemble and performs with precision. It's so lightweight that I can easily pick it up with one hand to store away in the closet. It has the strongest (and quietest) suction power of any vacuum I've ever tried, even those way more expensive. In short, my wife and I are delighted. We got the lowest possible price with free shipping to boot. What could be better than that? Tunner

can't handle hair
it isn't all gleam. First of all: the instructions are over simplified, as well as the care/repair instructions. The carpet rollers get clogged simply by hair and not even long hair for that matter, and to undo that takes a professional. This product is too delicate for the job it's supposed to do.

Love, love, love this vacuum! I was a little put off by the price when I was first looking at Dysons. When I received the vacuum I was thrilled. This vacuum picks up soo much - we filled the canister at least 5 times in a row when we vacuumed our family room. It blows our old vacuum out of the water. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Not to mention the way that everything is constructed is genius. I think this Dyson will last for a long time! I highly recommend it!

Senior mum loves it.
I got this as a gift for my mum who has gone through heart surgery and so should not do 'heavy housework'. She tells me it is super easy to use, loves how well it gets up stuff and finds it very easy to empty.

Worst Vaccum I have ever owned
I have had two Dyson Vaccums, the first one lasted 12 months, took it for repair and the repair man said he had 4 Dyson's come in earch week, They don't Pick up. It took awhile to take it to get fixed so I bought this one in between. It didn't last 3 months. I will never buy a Dyson Product again. They are way to expensive to only last a year or less. My vacccum was used one time a week, and my husband and I live alone.

Dyson DC24
I was hesitant about buying a Dyson...I thought they were pretty pricey and how could a vacuum be so different...I was wrong..I love the Dyson...The emptying cup is easy and the weight makes it so easy to get the vacuum around...I am really picky about vacuums...I have been through so many...They never live up to the hype attached..I love the Dyson and would recommend it..My only complaint is that the cord seems very short...

Best Vacuum I have ever bought
I bought this vacuum about three years ago and it works just as great as the day I bought it! I cannot believe the amount of dust, pet hair, etc this picks up! And it is no easy feat in my home with three pets. It's small and compact and can fit easily in all my closets with room to spare. Also, I had a part break and the Dyson customer service is fantastic. They had the brand new part to me within three days at no charge! I cannot recommend this product enough!
