Love it!
I have a DC25 animal and this becomes my second Dyson. I now prefer the Canister as it gets under so many things the upright will not like the couch and chairs. This vacuum is great on the stairs as it will nicely sit on the steps as you work your way up. I also found that the hose is much easier to work with than on the upright models. One thing not mentioned in the product info is that you also get three smaller attachments for the wand which really help getting into small spaces or cleaning cobwebs off the ceiling.

Best Vacuum Ever!
We love this vacuum. After much research we finally decided to take a chance and buy this vacuum because of the motor head. We love the ease of vacuuming our stairs. It is light weight and easy to maneuver. We have both wood floors and high pile carpet that we vacuum.

the only issue so far I can raise is the time it took to ship the product, we ordered around xmas and got a confirmation that the order was filed, then we were just waiting... 2 weeks later got a notification that our order was packed and billed, another 9 days and it was here... the only thing is that we thought that it would be shipped earlier... maybe it was just because of the xmas holidays... Overall, we are really happy of the product we bought and would recommand this website to anyone that is looking to buy something similar or other remanufactured product
