I've heard great things about Dyson vaccums. My family and I are very pleased with our order and the exceptional quality in purchasing from Overstock. My eight and three year old sons were able to manuever it. We look forward to our allergies improving and utilizing all of the many parts that came with it. Our house is primarily carpet with vinyl entryway, kitchen and bathrooms. It vaccums well on any surface as mentioned and the air in each room seems cleaner.
Short Story: Broke a few days after I received it.. Had it repaired. Same issue happened again after warranty.. Dyson says tough luck. Would cost $125 to have it fixed. Not terribly happy.
I was leary of purchasing a refurbished product and have not purchased from Overstock before. I opened the box and the vacuum looks brand new and performs like new. The price was very good and shipping was fast and accurate. I will purchase from Overstock.com again!!
I always wanted a Dyson but couldn't justify spending higher price for it. Our other vacuum wasn't working well at all. I found this at Overstock for a great price and found that even though it said refurbished didn't mean a thing since I've had it. I actually enjoy vacuuming the whole house. My wife is happy. I love the attachments, durability, and suction this vacuum provides. I thought one of our small rugs was clean til I used the Dyson on it and filled the canister!!! I vacuum all of the floors, stairs, curtains, ceiling for cobwebs, couches, chairs, and have never been so happy with the results, It arrived in a timely manner too. Thank you Overstock!!!
Works great - we have 4 indoor cats and this picks up the hair! It's lightweight and quite powerful. The box arrived damaged and I took pictures of it before opening it in case the vacuum was damaged in shipping. The box should have been secured more carefully before shipping, as one side was partially open when I received it. All parts were there - BUT this will be a factor in considering other large purchases from Overstock.com. More care in shipping would be appreciated. Thank you.
