This is a great vacuum. It looks good and cleans even better, it getsw the dirt that I didnt even know was there. Only draw back is that its very heavy and not the smallest vacuum but there was no way i was going to pay more for a newer and smaller model. I gave it 5 star for durability but I've onlhy had it for a few weeks so I dont really know yet how durable it is.
Someone recommended this product to me so I bought it on Overstock at a great price. I was not sure how it was going to be so great when I received all the plastic pieces and put them together. I have had the product for several months now and am thrilled with it. It cleans up my Akita's long hair from my carpet along with all the other dirt . I am amazed everytime I use it with all the dirt and hair it picks up. I like the idea of not having a bag to empty. Nothing better than buying a product that really works!!
I bought a refurbished one about 6 months ago. Although it came with a broken piece, Overstock's customer service shipped me another unit very quickly. It took some getting used to as I have always had Hoover Windtunnels. 90% of my flooring is hardwood and it works very well on these as well as on the area rugs. I haven't noticed any issues with the suction being too harsh on carpeting or the area rugs. I am very pleased with this product and with Overstock's customer service! Thank You!
Who thought anyone would be happy with a vacuum? I am loving our new dyson. It is refurbished but the only evidence of that are some wear marks when I take off the canister (so never seen) and the power button is a little sticky. (I haven't taken the time to use goo-gone on it yet.)I love how clean my floors are now! And we were impressed with all the attachments. The manual is mostly pictures so not sure what all the attachments should be used for but that's OK. We can't believe the power to pick up stuff that this vacuum has! We'll be Dyson fans forever. :)
