I bought one of these a couple years ago when then first came out, after owning a full size Dyson for over 7 years that I still love. I was totally psyched when they came out with a small version! Imagine my disappointment when it had no suction power (ironic when that is the major plus of owning a Dyson), and was difficult to use. You have to continually hold the trigger down instead of a simple on/off switch, and it loses power way to fast. I returned it the next day.
bought the product couple of weeks ago. we also own a black and decker dust buster, it definitely has more suction than that but aesthetically speaking, it looks strange. emptying the canister is easy. the way the charger hangs on the wall also looks odd (it screws on sideways). i drilled my own holes on the charger so that it screws on flat to the wall.overall, good purchase. just wished it looked a little better.
My fault, I did not read the specs about this vacuum. The battery lasts 6 minutes and then needs to be recharged for 3 hours before being used for another 6 minutes. Need I say more?
