I have had many vacuums over the years, including a $350.00 roomba. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I can't believe all the dirt and pet hair it picked up right after running the roomba I already had. It glides effortlessly over the carpet, easy to dump dirt bin, and I know it doesn't matter but it is such a pretty vacuum :) The hose and wand are so long, you can leave the vacuum at the bottom of the steps on the floor and reach all the way to the top without dragging the machine up the steps.The price was fantastic too.

Wanted a Dyson for the longest time, and I saw the price on this one, and ordered it immediately.Haven't had it that long, but boy, does it pick up everything! I have a bulldog whose coat is short and bristly. All traces of his fur are gone, and I can even vacuum the couch and chair with one of their attachments.Great buy, great vacuum.

This is a great quality vacuum. I am always amazed at how much it pulls out of the carpet. I was a little nervous purchasing a reconditioned unit, however it works just a well as my in-laws Dyson (same model) for a fraction of the cost. I love the pink and grey color as well. My only criticism is the bulkiness of the base and that I can't get right under the bed with it (which is why you purchase the extra attachment if it is a real issue for you).

This vacumn has good pick up, it's easy to empty and I like the fact you don't use bags, and if you only use the upright and never any attatchments, it may be right for you. However, if I had used it prior to purchasing, I would have never bought it. I've had this vacumn for 6 months and every time I use it I feel like I've had to fight my way through the house. While the hose is long enough to use for the stairs, it is constantly trying to recoil itself. When I try to use it on furniture, the hose recoils and pulls the vacumn into my heels. If you don't have upper body strength you might as well forget trying to use it for cleaning, although I suppose you could incorporate your body building in with cleaning.

My only comment is the annoying way the hose keeps coming undone from the body of the vacuum and I have to stop and reattach it. I would hope this design flaw has been fixed in newer models but I love the pink and will put up with the nuisance. It is a dynamo of a cleaner and easy to empty. If they come out with pink again in an updated model, I may replace "Pinky" but for now, she works just fine and brightens up my hated chore.

I bought this vacuum a few months ago, and it works superbly. I can't even tell that it is refurbished. It works superbly!

I'm sorry to say that I'm not happy with my purchase, I will be returning it for refund. At first I thought this was an awesome deal! When I first received it I was so happy! It's beautiful and it's a Dyson! What more could you ask for. The vacuum worked as advertised the first few times. It picked up all the cat hair on my carpets making them look new. I was totally amazed! It's so easy to use, even on bare floors. No kick back! I loved it till...it started making a loud (ear drum breaking) sound. First I thought something was caught in the beater brush. I unplugged it and checked it out and couldn't find a thing. Next time I used it it happened again, even longer this time. Yesterday I used it for the 5th time and it wouldn't stop the noise!!!! It doesn't happen on the bare floor mode just the carpet mode which is why I bought it. I'm so disappointed and upset. Now I can see why there are so many of these vacuums refurbished and for sale. They obviously didn't fix the problem with this one.

I am very happy with this vacuum,it arrived well packaged and looked like new when I opened the box.The only problem I have with this vacuum is there is no place to attach the tool accessories that come with it,you can get over this minor problem because of the price!

This Dyson makes the chore of vacuuming so much better! We have a Lab who sheds alot and this vacuum picks up all the dog hair. When we first used the vacuum we were shocked by actually how much dog hair was left in our carpet by our old vacuum. Well worth the investment...

I ordered the Dyson DC 07 All floors vaccum on sort of a whim and I have had it for about a month now. I can't believe I waited this long to finally get this vaccuum! It's been amazing. I decided to get the vaccuum after reading other online reviews that said this product was a good value and great cleaner, and I can't agree more. Assembly was required, and was not exactly easy but wasn't too hard either. Once I got it together and read the manual on how to work it, I was amazed at how much dog hair and ground-in dirt this thing picked up, even after I just vaccuumed! Seriously, I hadn't seen my carpet that clean in 4 years. My only regrets are that the product is expensive, and also the cleaning hose is REALLY hard to navigate. The hose does not extend very far (unlike what the manual shows) and half of it is attached to a hard plastic cylinder that does not allow it to be very flexible. I tried to clean my couch cushions with the hose and I could only clean half-way down the cushion because the hose would not flex enough. Also the cord is really long, but I'm not disappointed with that just a little annoyed. Get this vaccuum if you can - it will be the best investment you will ever make!

Refurbished and I could not even tell it was. Arrived quickly and very little assembly. This is a great item and the price could not be beat.

This Dyson is the best vacuum I've ever used. I am in awe at how much hair it picked up after my old Dirt Devil. Very easy to push. I did not find it heavy to push like so others said in their reviews. I have hardwood floors throughout the house, and carpet in the basement. It does a great job on both! I was skeptical about buying a refurbished vacuum, but I would NEVER have guessed that it was "used". It was in pristine shape when I took it out of the box. Overstock delivered it quickly as usual. I'm very pleased. My husband thinks the pink is hysterical!

first time i ever owned a dyson and it is the strongest vacuum i ever saw. get one you won't regret it.

In the last 10+ years I have only used Kirby vacs. My friend bought a Dyson (from Overstock) and I was impressed, so of course I bought one. It is unbelievable how much dog hair and dirt it picks up. I love the color pick (breast cancer survivor) and so easy to use. The price is at least $100+ cheaper through Overstock. I absolutely could not tell that it was refurbished. The only thing I would do different is maybe purchase one that is a little more expensive, better for pets and the Dyson ball vac. Getting set up through Pay Pal was also very convenient and easy.

So far, I think it is an awesome vacuum! I bought refurbished one, and it arrived and was boxed like brand new and looked brand new all around.

WOW!!!!!! I love this machine. If anyone knows about vacuuming, they will see that this one is AWESOME. And of course, it's PINK! After working a 12 hour shift last night- I was READY to vacuum! -as my Dyson had arrived earlier that day. I was DESPERATE to get home and vacuum and see if it is what it is all hyped up to be. WHOA. It picked up SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much stuff it made me think how disgusting I was living before (even though I'm a HUGE clean freak). I was a little worried knowing that it was refurbished, but it came exactly as if it were brand new, everything perfect. This vacuum makes you want to vacuum. I've gone through so many other terrible ones that seriously, it is sooo worth it. You will be amazed in how much dirt and dust it picks up, and the suction is amazing-it almost pulls you. I've purchased many things on Overstock, and this is my first review because everyone needs to know how wonderful this is. THIS IS THE CADILLAC OF VACUUMS!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I purchased this model (DC 07-pink refurbished) last week, and received the vacuum very quickly! I was a little skeptical in buying a refurbished but I figured with the 6 month warrently and such a good price for a Dyson I would give it a shot. After all, I have been extremely frustrated as of late with my old failed vacuum and something had to give!After receiving my Dyson, I assembled it (very easy) and read the owner's manual and was ready to see what all the hype was about. It was easy to see within the first few minutues of vacuuming that I had made a very good decision. I was deeply pleased with how well this vaccuum picks up. i have black carpets in the front room and can see every speck of dirt/lint. This thing picks up EVERYTHING! I immediately started smiling. I have been vacuuming a lot more lately, using all of the attachments and I am still pleased. I am so happy that I made this purchase. I figure, if a busy mom like me is going to do my part and vacuum, I better have a vacuum that will actually pick up and do a good job. I don't have time for fuss. GREAT Vacuum! Easy to use! My Dyson arrived on time and in great shape. I was apprehensive about buying reburbished but the price was excellent . I am very impressed with the vac. Only down side is the cord is too long and gets in the way. Perhaps a retractable cord or at least a tad shorter.
