This was recalled but the company took care of everything. I use it all the time. I would definitely recommend any Dyson product because of the quality and customer service.Read More
I like the heater/fan combo unit. I still consider the appearance and function to be a 'sci fi' concept. There are a couple minor blemishes--they are slight enough you'd have to look for them. There is a small delay from powering up to going into oscillation mode, but this may be integral to all units new or refurbished. The ** extended 2 year warranty--it comes stock with a 180 day one--is worth it. I don't think it is whisper silent, but I don't notice it after a few minutes. I have been recommending it to friends and co-workers at this price. There were no longer in stock the last time I checked, Last bit, I prefer the blue model.Read More
The winter of 2013-2014 will go down in history as one of the coldest ever. I purchased this Dyson AM04 primarily as a heater. (I already own a Dyson fan for cooling). This Dyson heater has done exactly what it is supposed to. It heats up a room and keeps it warm with an adjustable thermostat. The heat is dispersed throughout the room by a fan, the speed of which is also adjustable. I found that I only need to use the lowest fan setting to circulate the heat in an quiet efficient manner. Using the osculating feature allows the heat to really envelop the room. The remote control is very handy. Most importantly, this heater is very safe around children and pets ! No fire danger if knocked over, no burns to kids or pets if they get close to the heater. Worth every penny. Glad I bought it.Read More
I have been keeping my eye on this product for a while. Even though it's still a little expensive ,it's worth it. This refurbished one works great! Just what I need to take the chill out of the air without cranking up my heat and my heating bill. I use it at a lower speed at night when I go to bed and the noise is minimal. I have used both the cooling and heat settings and they work like a charm. The tilt function is pretty cool too. I own a Dyson!Read More
When I read 'cool air' I thought it had a special feature to 'cool' the air, but it works the same as a regular fan just that this is a fancy one. Haven't really tried the heat part of it, but it I am assuming it works.Read More

How to Clean a Computer Fan
Heat is your computer's number one enemy, which is why it has one or more fans to help push hot air out of the computer case and pull cool air in. Dust and dirt then collect around the blades of each computer fan and may eventually cause the CPU fan to break or slow down. If any one of the computer fans breaks or slows down, heat builds up and may damage the processor or other components in the process. To protect your computer, follow these simple steps for keeping your cooling fans clean.
