DuroMax 10,000-watt 16Hp Electric Start Generator

"Prior to purchasing this generator I did a lot of research on generators, so many different brands, so many different products which had different motors, gas tank sizes, various electrical connectors and connections, run time, some had electric start of which some came with the battery included and other had to purchase the battery separately.. Some had wheel kits other did not. Some had transport handles that were permanently in place and some had the grips that fold away. However this one had it all and in most cases was much cheaper than other make and models comparable in options.. This one has it all, Two 120V, 20 Amp 3-prong plugs, one 120V/240V, 30 Amp locking plug, one 120V, 30 Amp locking plug, one 120V/240V, 50 Amp outlet including Full power panel w/engine shutoff switch, volt meter, circuit breaker, power outlets and 12 Volt DC battery charger and idle or automatic switch which reduces the engine throttle to and idle when there is no electrical draw on the generator and will automatically idle to full power when there is a draw of current.. I have used the generator many times with my air compressor and once the compressor tank is up to full pressure the generator idles down. The Compressor is securely shipped on a crate and arrived in perfect condition.. This unit is very easy to assemble.. Just a few bolts to hold the wheel axles and cotter pins to secure.. The tires are solid rubber which is somewhat soft giving the same effect as a tire with air without having to worry about the tires needing air.. The transport handles fold away and the unit is balanced very well making very easy to move. And the handles fold away... Once I put the tires and transport handles on which took approximately thirty minutes I added the oil..(Need funnel) and put a splash of gasoline in the tank and it ran for a good while which really was longer than I really anticipated considering the amount of gas I had put in the generator.. Solid product.. Easy to start (has somewhat of an automatic choke)..Just have to pull the choke turn the key and the unit is self-contained..The choke slowly will return to off position once the engine has run for a few seconds. I am very pleased with the performance, the way the unit is shipped and the larger engine and fuel tank.. I recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a good generator... and price is amazing, some with less output capability sale for just a much and some cost more.. Hope this helps.."
