I love how this rug looks, but it does shed A LOT! I had been shopping around for a zebra-print rug for a few weeks and this seemed like a good balance of black & white (the white is more of a warm ivory color than a stark white). The design is pretty symmetrical down the length of it. It has a plush feel underfoot but I've had to vaccuum it constantly! I hope it doesn't shed down to nothing...
I am so happy with this rug. It looks great and was thicker than I thought it would be. The quality is great. It sheds a little at first but I have found that with other wool rugs I have purchased. I would highly recommend this rug to anyone considering it.
Absolutely love this rug! Great workmanship. Soft, yet thick and firm. Does shed initially, but then stops.
Very satisfied with the quality and design of this rug. Thick and dense this is not a flimsy machine made rug. Looks like it will last for a long time. Highly recommended .
After reading MANY reviews on here, with thoughts that yes, it probably would shed for a few weeks, boy was I disappointed. My rug is STILL shedding after 3 months and at LEAST 25 vacuumings! In fact, I'm not sure it will ever stop! Yeah, it's thick and nice quality but unless you want your vacuum FULL of grey fuzz, and fear when people wear their shoes on the rug it will produce little wads of gray fuzz, try another zebra print wool rug. My first disappointing purchase on overstock.
