This is a great rug pad for someone who wants to make their rug feel softer and more plush under foot. It is also great for its other purpose of preventing slippage. I will buy it again next time I need one.

I ordered a number of these rug pads to go under the carpets ordered. As soon as they were unwrapped, they laid flat on the wood floor. I had to trim one to fit the rug and the rug pad was so tightly woven that it was not easy to cut through so i know that it will hold up for many years. It is non-slip and holds the rug in place. This rug pad gives the rug extra cushion to make it softer when walking on the rug.

My daughter sits in her and rocks in her rocking chair for hours. The noise transfer downstairs and can be very annoying. I ordered the padding to put under her oriental rug. The pad was of good quality and stopped the transfer of noise. Yeah! I would recommend this product for purchase.

This rug pad was worth the money. I wanted a nice THICK cushion feeling under a jute rug. This was it and the not slip rubber on the back is heavy duty. At the same time I was able to trim the parts that I needed. A little tough on the hand with the scissors after awhile but do-able.

Love this rug pad! It makes my flokati rug soft and well cushioned. Flokati rugs look fluffy, but they are not much more than a woven wool fabric under the fibers. This rug pad not only prevents slipping, but has incredible bounce. I have had other pads that are just felt, but this one has cushion. It feels like you are walking in crocks!

Received this rug pad right to my front door which was wonderful. It is thinner than what I expected. It rolled out very nicely, no curling at the ends. Provides adequate padding underneath my area rug. Like others who have posted, I debated between the durable, superior and deluxe rug pads. I chose the durable because of the reviews thinking it would be the thickest. It's not thick, but does what I need it to do.

Very nice pad. Cuts fairly easily to size, but it is a felt pad and not one of those really thin plastic ones. Under a thin rug it makes the rug feels softer and a little thicker.

I had a traditional area rug...with a very short pile for about 5 years. We only had a non-slip pad underneath. With a new rug I decided to purchase a rug pad to go underneath. I don't know why I waited so long. It makes such a difference! It makes the rug softer and cushier to your feet or your bum. My only regret is not getting a larger pad to fit my rug. I didn't want to have to cut the pad since it was larger than the rug...but now I wish I had. Put the pad on the part where we'd be most likely to be sitting on the floor to remedy that!

Great rug pad. This is being used on laminate flooring installed over a concrete/slab foundation. So it is on a very hard surface. I intentionally got this one to provide better feel and substance under a rug. It's great.

Great quality. Thick pad, came on a roll (not folded up), and the bottom isn't sticky. Very thick. There is a HUGE difference in quality for a pad that is half the price. You won't be disappointed!

These pads are amazing! They make any rug feel expensive. This pad provides a thick padding and is anti-skid. Love it! You may need to cut the pad to fit well under the rug. I suggest using heavy duty scissors for this.

I liked our old rug pad, but this one is even better! It really holds the rug in place--doesn't budge at all and seems like it will hold up very well. I used large scissors to cut it and had no problem. Very substantial pad for the price.
