I used this as a bathroom vanity. It was a pain to put together, but a builder did it for me and it looked great. (I put together the matching tall dresser and I did not do such a good job. It is not so easy. Anyway, I bought a glass top to put over it and changed this into a bathroom vanity. I also got the sink at Overstock to put on top. The bathroom has a bamboo floor and walk in shower and looks so unique and so ... zen! Very nice!

This dresser was exactly what I needed. Our TV has been on an old dresser and I was worried about it falling down, in addition with our master bath getting a face lift I am looking to update our bedroom furniture. Assembly wasn't too bad, the instructions were pretty easy to follow. They even included extra screws to do the job. You'll need a phillips screw driver. The drawers were a little tricky, but not too bad once you get going. I would suggest a little elmers glue on the dowel pins. I was lucky our contractor was there for a bathroom reno and he helped me attach it to the wall. I would suggest using the hole and making a mark on your wall, then drilling the 2 1/2". The contractor liked the furniture, thought it was well-built and thought I made a good choice. I like how the wood looks, really rich looking to me.

I bought the smaller dresser a few weeks ago, I decided to purchase this larger dresser. It was a good match for the cherry cabinets in my bathroom. I like the real wood feel of the cabinet. The top of this cabinet had a few rough patches in the cross-cut of the wood...not as beautiful as the smaller one. It was also significantly more difficult to put together. My husband built our house and he had a power tool but this review would never make it to the website if I included all the cussing he uttered trying to put this together. Some of the parts were labeled wrongly and several holes had to be hammered in....It took several hours for the mainframe and he still has 3 drawers to finish. He said his hands were cramping and he needed a break! Overall, another good purchase from Overstock out of many many purchases this year as I redecorate my house. This one was a serious pain to put together, however. If you are not "handy" with hand/power tools probably need to pass or be prepared to call the paramedics when you stroke out trying to put it together....

I had been looking for a smart looking piece of furniture to use as my vanity in our renovated master bath. This looks marvelous with my square, white vessel sinks that I purchased from OS too. From the reviews I saw, most of the purchases were for TV stands...I might buy another one for the same purpose. I love this piece of furniture.

I bought this for my bathroom to hold all kinds of things. It works perfectly. It took a long time to assemble because you have to build every drawer. Drawers stick a little but may loosen up in time. This is a typical laminate product that you would find in a Walmart, but they don't have this one. Make sure that you are the kind of person that can follow directions because there are a lot of parts, but directions are pretty good.

I have been looking for a small dresser/storage for my small bathroom, and came across this on. I could not wait to get it. Ordered and 2 days later it came already put together. Was so simple to set up in my bath. Looks great and looks like a $$$ piece of furniture. Love it is all I can say.... and cannot say it enough. you will not be disappointed with this item!!!

This fits beautifully in a nook in my bathroom dressing area. I think the veneers are rich, shiny and of good quality. Luckily, my piece had only a slight scratch on one side, My biggest complaint would be, the bottom silver "stand" that supports the dresser is made of pressed wood, not metal as I expected. I have built at least 100 DIY furniture pieces for friends and family and this was in the lower 50% of ease to build. TAKE YOUR TIME and read instructions BEFORE you assemble this!

I bought this item trying to recreate a high end bathroom I saw in a magazine. I worked like a charm. I am so happy. If I could, I would have posted pictures.

We need two more storage and our bathroom to fill a small space. This turned out to work exactly as we needed it. It's a nice piece. The finish is nice, it looks good. Everything seems to work, so I'm satisfied.

I ordered this chest to put in my bathroom. Other reviews commented on how long it takes to put together, so I mentioned having a chest to assemble to a couple of male co-workers. They told me to bring it to work and they would assemble on their downtime. That is the way to do it!!! Everyone was impressed by the quality, looks great!!

A beautiful solid wood chest to accent our bathroom for extra storage. Please read the draw dimensions prior to ordering. It is perfect for our needs but would not suit someone looking for large sweater storage. The color is beautiful and the construction 2nd to none - no particle board! I would buy it again without reservation.

As easy to assemble as the average RTA item, and better quality than most. We opted for a fancier pewter knob, and the finished chest is luxurious looking. We'll be using it in the bathroom with a vessel sink -- it's the perfect & popular "luxury" or "comfort" height for a bath cabinet -- and easily the match for designer vanities at four to five times the price.

I purchased this cabinet for my bathroom and it fits perfectly in the corner since it is not too big and does not overpower the space intended. The one I received has a little bit darker finish than the one pictured on the website, but that was perfect for me and the rest of the decor in the room. The drawers work well and I like the backstop feature which keeps the drawer from falling out. I had been looking for the perfect accent piece for this room for some time and am thankful I finally went on the Overstock.com website and found this little gem.

Another beautiful cabinet from Overstock! I bought another cabinet very similar to this on Overstock, possibly also from the same vendor, which didn't have the shelf like this one did. I put them side by side, and the rustic, old look on this cabinet is perfect. It is great for storing my towels I put in my bathroom, and also has a shelf inside for more storage. Great piece, arrived safely, and can't beat that Overstock shipping! ***

Great deal on this chest, perfect for exactly what I'm looking for. I bought two and it looks great in both bathrooms. Drawer storage, it's very roomy and very sturdy. Easy to assemble, had no problems and the shipping was quick and right away in 3-4 days it was outside my porch in perfect condition. Wow so much packaging done, great service all the way!

Well, I am overall pleased with this purchase. I needed a narrow chest to put in the bathroom with a cherry finish. This is perfect for the location. As per some other reviewers, it was difficult to put together and took my husband 2 days to complete. He built my house and has never met a tool he didn't like... That said, what the chest lacks in width it makes up for in depth. If depth is a problem, i.e. it might stick out somewhere if too deep, be sure and note the measurements. The drawers do not pull as smoothly as I would like, but for the price it is acceptable. Over all, I have another good piece at a good price from Overstock. Thanks guys!

I got this Bombay chest for the bathroom to store makeup items, hair dryer, etc. Space is limited and this fits perfectly between the wall and my pedestal sink. The Bombay shape also works well with that style of sink. This is a light-weight, easy-to-move, attractive piece of furniture that looks like the image shown. It arrived well packaged and undamaged. No assembly; just take it out of the box and fill it up. Can't store large items because drawers are only 8 inches deep (front to back) and 3 inches high (except bottom drawer which is about 4 inches high). Width of drawers vary due to shape of chest. Top 4 drawers range from about 6.5 inches to 11.5 inches wide. Bottom drawer is about 12.5 inches wide at the top, but narrows toward the bottom of the drawer. Drawers open/close easily and have peg stops that keep them from being pulled all the way out. Good for avoiding spilling the contents. If you want to take a drawer out, open it and feel in the center at the back of the drawer for the little wooden peg. Turn the peg sideways to remove the drawer. When you replace the drawer, turn the peg back to its original position if you want to stop the drawer from coming out.

I was a bit unsure about the required assembly when I placed my order. So I called Overstock and spoke to a representative prior to purchasing to get a copy of the instruction guide. Turned out it wasn't that bad. Wish they had written instructions, but it is really more about patience than anything. My wife and I both got it together within an hour and half, which I have to say, not half bad for two people that the only thing we ever put together is a nightstand three years ago. Nice stain color that is dark. The piece feels solid all the way around after assembly, taking into consideration that you put it together yourself. I have to say that the doors where the probably the difficult part to assemble, but keep in mind that there should be little play in the hinges, which you can tighten/loosen with an allen wrench as necessary to line up the doors properly. The top small drawers pulls are smooth and surprisingly roomy for the size. I really like the modern and simple look. The cabinet fits nicely at our entry way. The back is not finished, so you might want to put it against a wall. It is not a big deal for us. I am actually purchasing another one to put it in our bathroom for towels and other utilities storage. The package is big, so ask a friend to help. Good luck and have fun!
