A dresser is more than just a place to store your clothes; it's an integral part of your bedroom. From storage to style, the right dresser can really bring your bedroom together.
There are several different types of dressers. Most are a long, low design with four to six drawers, and some even include a matching mirror that can be affixed to the top. If you're looking to save floor space, you may want to consider an upright version, also known as a chest of drawers, which stacks several drawers, one on top of the other. For smaller spaces, there are styles available with two or three drawers to give you a little storage without taking up too much room.
When you're shopping for a new dresser, it's a good idea to find out the measurements of several dressers you're considering, and then measure out the space in your room where you'll be putting one. Make sure you have plenty of space to walk around it. Give yourself at least two feet between the corners of your dresser and the corners of your entry, bed, or other furniture you'll be walking between. Once you have your space mapped out, you'll be able to determine which dressers will fit and which will be too big (or adversely, which may end up looking too small for the space).
You want your bedroom to reflect your style, so choosing a dresser that fits your tastes is important. Many people choose to buy theirs as part of a bedroom set so everything coordinates, while others like to mix and match their bedroom furniture. No matter what style you choose, a great dresser will last you for years to come.

The thing is TINY!! I regret not paying loser attention to the height before I ordered it. It weighs a ton and comes in 2 boxes, and I got charged HALF THE COST for the return shipping label because UPS had to come to me to get it. I am too old, and too broken to lift it and not to mention the box was longer than my car. So I paid 139 after discounts and only got 68 back when I returned it. Nothing wrong with it other than being for a kid. but I won't order from here ever again!

Not too hard to assemble, but I'm glad there were 2 of us working on it. Looks nice. Sturdy. I'm quite pleased with it. Careful when assembling to protect it as it does scratch easily.

If you're unfamiliar with off-gassing from furniture made with inferior products (as I wasn't) you'll be in for a unpleasant surprise. This dresser (and the matching 5 drawer chest I bought) were made in Vietnam, Many countries have looser regulations and freely use toxic chemicals (including formaldehyde) in their wood glues, their oils and stains, and their making of MDF wood. It stinks! This furniture reeks in an indescribable way. After waking the next day with a pounding headache I Goodlged "chemical smell from furniture" and quickly became enlightened. I moved everything into the spare bedroom and turned on as many fans as I could pile into the room. A month later it still reeks. One of the legs was missing the threads you screw the long bolts into, but nothing I couldn't fix with a trip to the *****. One of the drawer slides was totally jacked up. I replaced that. ...On the positive, they looked really nice for the day I got to use them. Now, I've got to go spend more of my time...

The drawers are constantly going off their rails. The back of the drawers are not tall enough, so clothes are able to fall down to the bottom, making it so that you can't close the bottom drawer all the way and have to take it off its hinges and rails. Always have to open one of the drawers with both hands evenly or else it will get unaligned on the right side of the rail. This dresser is SOO FRUSTRATING.

There are a lot of pieces to put together for this item. This wasn't really our issue though. The top panel came with scratch marks and the wood on the side panel was chipped off. Luckily we could hide it by pushing it against the wall. Handles are pretty loose and the drawers are nothing to rave about: Small and shallow.
