This is a great lamp for a little girl's room. It's very sturdy, so I'm not so worried about it tipping over. I purchased it for my newborn's room after searching high and low, online and in stores, for something that said "Girl" when I looked at it. You can put a pink lampshade on any lamp, but the details on this lamp are stylish and special for a little girl. It's a fair price, too.

Assembly was quite hard---Shipment arrived on time and in good shape. The floor lamp was made more for a childs room and an adult and I have no children at home--but is mad of solid materialand ollks good.

It is a beautiful floor lamp for my daughter's room.
