Dreama 7-piece Comforter Set

I really liked the look of the comforter set in the picture. When I recieved it, I was disappointed in the quality of the fabric. Although the set was fairly inexpensive, I really thought the fabric would have some substance to it. It feels very cheap. My one-year old pulled the beads off the beaded pillow the first day I had it on the bed. The lacey trim started to ravel the second day. The bed skirt tore after a few weeks. I should have returned it, but thought it would grow on me. It didn't! After two months, I am once again seaching for bedding.

Not perfect, but a great value. Some things I don't like: the comforter and the bedskirt seem short, especially since the picture shows the comforter going all the way to the floor. But then again mayber it's because I have a pillow top mattress. The material is not microsuede. Its a shiny material, but still very pretty. The underside is not white, but it doesn't bother me much. The set overall is very pretty and a steal, since you get shams, 3 toss pillows, a bedskirt, and a comforter. Also, the comforter is VERY WARM, which will be nice for the winter, but for now, its getting folded at the end of the bed.

I saw the comforter set on the website and I really liked it. But when I got it home, I was so pleased. The quality of the comforter, the fabric and the pillows that came with it are absolutely beautiful. It's like satin, very luxurious . I would advise anyone , who is debating about this, to purchase it without a moment's hesitation. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

This set is in fact beautiful to look at but it had a few problems which caused me to return it. My first problem was that it was way too small for my king bed. I am guessing that a queen was put in the wrong package, but even if the size was better, I still did not like the fabric, which was the second reason I returned it. It was described as "microsuade" which I thought meant that it was soft and cozy like a plush suade fabric, instead it was shiny and slick like a satin or silk. The quility was less than I have come to expect from overstock items. This set was black and white yet there were stray red threads inside the comforter which were visible through the white sections of the piece. The third reason for the return was that the underside of the comforter was a very ugly color. It reminded me of yellow sweat stains! Of course I know it was not sweat stain, but it was very ugly compared to the other side which was bright white and black. It was just not a very good choice for the backing.
