We were concerned ordering shower glass doors on line to be shipped across the country, but the order arrived in perfect condition. Dreamline had securely boxed the glass and then encased the order between two wooden palettes. Each part was clearly numbered, and the instructions easy to follow. We were impressed with the quality of parts, plastic washers are included, so metal and glass never touch. Plastic gaskets are included for the bottom of glass so the water cannot escape out of the shower pan. The shower pan is made of a heavy fiberglass, it feels solid under the feet. There is nothing flimsy or cheap about this shower/base combo. We are 100% happy.
