The product is fine. I can't attest to its durability, as I've only had them a couple of weeks. They're nice pillows, no odor, apparently good construction. But they go and stay flat, flat, flat. If that's what you like, go for it. But if you prefer a bit more support, get something rated firmer than this product. I have to use both of these, plus another down pillow I have, to get the support/angle I prefer.

They are very comfortable and have gotten a good nights sleep since I bought them. They fluff up really nice and your head just sinks into the pillow as soon as you lay down your head. I would recomment them to all of my friends

These pillows are exactly what I was looking for. They are super soft, and your head sinks right into the pillow. The price is very good too. I would definitely recommend them to someone who likes a softer pillow.

We received the pillows and were immediately disappointed. as soon as you put your head on it...it sinks to the bed. there is absolutely no support. we threw them in the car in case we could ever use them during road trips.

I have ben looking a long time for a good value for my money .. I found it with this pillow. What sold me was a previous remark by someone who said the pillow goes (flat) when you put your head on it... PERFECT just what i was looking for ,.. love them love them love them! so super soft and comfortable! the whole reason i love feather pillows is so i can squish them under my shoulder and neck while i read in bed at night! they just mold right to whatever body part i need to rest on! i didnt even have to 'break' them in! love at first squish!

I can't sleep on firm pillows (too many car accident/head, neck injuries). For the price, these are amazingly comfortable and soft. If you want the softest, all down is still the way to go, but these will get you pretty close for a lot less money. I don't know how they do it, since it's still mostly feathers, but they do it and it works.
Now if only they had an option for organic cotton covers not made in China...Also, it's a shame that even though they are made here in Seattle, that they have to be shipped across the country and back to get to me. Would be nice if they would work on logistics a bit.

I was disappointed with these pillows. They look nice but when you rest your head on them, it "hits the mattress". Much too flat; no support. I'm not returning them because I basically got them for free ($25 off a purchase of certain amount of dollars). I'm going to use them in my pillow shams.

I have slept on this pillow for over a month now, and I have no complaints at all. Very comfy and full. Fluffs up nicely. Not firm, but what down pillow IS firm? They're not meant to be!

I'm very pleased with these pillows. They have the support of feathers and the softness of the down. They arrived quickly and I unwrapped them and fluffed them. They really plumped up. They fill up a standard pillowcase. The feathers side has a thicker covering that keeps feathers from poking you. The down side has a thinner cover. I've only bought feather pillows before so the down side feels very luxurious. So far they have been very resilient and plump up easily. Of course they squash down when you lay on them but that's what is wonderful about feather pillows, you can mold them the way you want them! I'm almost tempted to buy another set and store them I like them THAT much.
