The shipping took several weeks, but the product arrived in good shape. The fabric is smooth and light, some of the squares have less filling than others, but it is used by my son who keeps it in a big heap on his bed. I slept under it one night and it was very warm and comfy. I was disapointed to see it said to dry clean only, I was hoping to be able to wash it myself. It is replacing an expensive down comforter that I had bought last winter, that constantly shed feathers. So I am happy that I won't be vacuuming so much and I will never buy down again.
do yourself a favor and spend more money, you get what you pay for. this item came, alot of chambers were empty of fill. We had put into a front load dryer on low to fluff for a couple of minutes and now I am cleaning dryer as well as kitchen where we shook out and folded this substandard piece of ....
I needed a comforter to replace my son's down comforter because I was tired of little feathers everywhere and this was a great replacement. My son is very finicky about his covers - I do use his regular duvet cover on it and it has earned his seal of approval. No small feat. Happy day all around - it's light, fluffy and cuddly. AND BEST OF ALL IT IS MADE IN THE USA - does have imported materials :( but at least it does utilize some employees here.
