Great value. Surprisingly warm given thinner appearance. Stitching prevents shifting/clumping as well.

I purchased this comforter several months ago, but didn't write a review at that time because I was hoping that the fill in the squares would even out once it was on the bed and used for a while. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. The fill is almost non-existant in some squares, while being thick and clumped in others. I hope that when I take it to the laundrymat that it will help even out the fill. I've spend a lot of time trying to pull the fill apart and distribute it evenly in each square, but to no avail. On the bed, it looks like a lumpy mess; I've had friends ask me what's wrong with it; I can offer no explanation. I would not recommend this product to a friend.With that said, I have never had a complaint with any other product I've purchased through Overstock.com and I thank you for the deals that you offer us.

I purchased this comforter about 9 months ago. For about 6 months it held up okay, but now the poly-fill is bunched up, so it is lumpy. Certain parts are so clumped that you get next to no warmth. Bottom line: I would only buy this for a seldom used guest room, since it will last less than a year of constant use.

It's not a heavy comforter. I love it for the style and thread count, but I would have liked the pockets to be more full, and thus warmer (I live where it gets chilly, but not usually freezing). It is worth the money, but I would've gladly paid $20 more for a warmer product. If you like the look of a down comforter but don't want to get too hot, this is perfect for you. BTW, it washes up very nicely.

I have been a good customer of Overstock for many years and purchase frequently. I ordered 3 of these king sized Down Alternative 300 Thread Count Comforters for my grandchildren. I custom made duvet covers for all of them with matching pillow cases etc and because of my work schedule, was terribly late in finishing these gift sets. The comforters arrived just in time for me to get all of them sent off as gifts. To my horror every single one of the comforters looked like two pieces of very cheap cotton sewed together with pockets filled with a single WAD/LUMP of batting in each pocket, some lumps bigger than others. I had no time to reorder/return. I simply counted on a decent product from Overstock, having read the reviews of this comforter.

An excellent medium-weight comforter - not too heavy; but keeps you very warm. It's the only cover we are using (beside the top sheet) to keep us warm. If you don't like the feeling of heavy weight on you while sleeping, you will love this comforter. My wife & I are very happy with it. Our only complaint is that the outside looks very wrinkled. I don't know if it would look smoother after washing, as we havn't washed our yet (we just threw it in the dryer when we received it, to sterilize it & to fluff it up). Since we are using it as a "blanket" though, it really doesn't matter, as when the bed is made it is covered by our bed's decorative comforter. I would highly recommend it, & think you would be very happy with it.

Our Nanny has a down comforter in her home in Sweden but she expressed that this one kept her warmer and is very lightweight!

I bought the queen size for a queen guest bed to put under a quilt. I was entirely pleased, the comforter is lightweight yet very warm & adds "fluff" to the bed quilt, along with a nice elegant look & feel. Great item for the price!

I bought this comforter for my son's bed. It is cold this time of year and it does the job well of keeping him warm. It is a nice quality and it is a generous size(got twin) . It is fairly light -yet warm.

I would recommend looking closer at the dimensions and possibly ordering a size larger. The twin comforters I ordered barely came over the sides of the bed.

This item arrived fast. For the price this blanket was a great find. It was very puffy right out of the box. It isn't very heavy, but it keeps me really warm. It is constructed well and should last a long time.

I love my comforter. It is so soft and comfy. I just wrap up in it and think, I am on a cloud. I would definitely recommend it. I now ordered sheets and pillows to go with it.

i am very sad to say that this blanket is missing fill in most pockets. I have has very good luck with overstock and this will be my first return. Also it came dirty with some stains. too bad : (
