The product was just as described, the perfect size for two stove burners and with the appropriate seasoning (as described in the leaflette) will last me a life time. I have it used so far to make about a hundred blini on it, which would take forever in a skillett. I am looking forward to making pancakes for the whole gang, which will be a snap on such a big work area.
I highly recommend this item for avid breafast cooks: french toast, flap jacks as well as blini, as I have done.

nicely weighted griddle - holds heat well - not sure if grill side works as it doesn't fit snuggley on my gas burners.

The cast iron skilet is exactly what I have been looking for, and cheaper by far than any that I passed by.

Seasoned with oil and black residue came off. Washed it and still came off. Not sure what it is, but not appetizing to cook on.
