glider swing
I received my glider swing and was anxious to have it put together. My son did this for me and it was relatively easy to assemble. The look was nice. but.....it is the most uncomfortable swing I ever sat on. I am so disappointed that I want to cry. it just is not what I expected from Overstock... I have bought many items from Overstock and was never once disappointed. If you want a swing to sit and relax on....this is not the one to buy. I would return it but I didn't know this until it was all assembled. Too bad...would not recommend you buying this.

arrived broken
as many others complained about, mine also arrived broken, the wood actually split on the frame. the wood is also quite a bit darker than pictured. I am ordering another just because the price is so good. hopefully my replacement wont be damaged

glider bench
this glider was quick to assemble. looks great on my new white cedar deck! i also bought 2 rockers and 2 side tables that match. perfect ensemble for outdoor living!

Too bad they did not pack it better
Got my bench and put it together. The little bolts, nuts, etc were loose in the box and knocked a chip out of the back edge of the seat. Luckily not where it shows so not too big a deal. Not too hard to put together but there are few spots that were tricky for just one person to do...

Low cost, low quality
The back and seat portions of the bench were cracked right out of the box. Customer Service did an excellent job of replacing the pieces though. The quality and durability of the construction is sub-par. It doesn't look like it will withstand any abuse or much weight. That said, it was fairly affordable, but if I could do it again, I probably would not buy this. Also, it does not glide as far as I would expect from a glider.

Third time's the charm, i guess...
It took THREE shipments of this Glider before we got one that wasn't structurally damaged in shipping. The manufacturer used the bare minimum for packaging. (It wasn't FedEx's fault; the package was doomed to fail). Even so, the last Glider had some surface chips that needed to be glued back on. Assembly was easy, the Glider looks nice. But unsure how durable it will be. (It's on a covered porch.) Overstock was very pleasant and accommodating regarding the returns. Excellent customer service, shipping was fast.
