We are very happy with this 2-piece set and I was glad that there was already a review that noted the white borders. For us, that worked out well so we used them as they arrived. Well built and exactly as shown, the only minor note I would make was that the hanging bracket wasn't mounted. I have no problem with that, but if there were pre-marked locations on where it should go it would prevent the need to measure both pieces so carefully. Very happy with them!

These are truly beautiful and an amazing bargain at overstock. The side edges are white as other people have noted, but it works perfectly against my white walls. I use these in my office across from where I sit. They bring a sense of calm and tranquility to my otherwise hectic world of finance. I highly recommend these and may be ordering some of the other styles for my house as well.

I was originally looking for a black and white sumi-e bamboo print when I found this 2-piece set; happily, the colors matched those in my home, and the artwork was very appealing - classic with a modern edge. This is a beautiful set, done in canvas stretched over a wooden frame. Very lightweight, with vivid colors and a very peaceful feel. Highly recommended!

Ordered these to match colors in our new sofa and recliners. Colors are prefect and exactly as pictured. Edges are white as noted in other reviews, but margins are clean and can be used as is or add framing. Arrived quickly an in perfect condition. That's a major accomplishment these days! Got them at sale price. Very pleased.

These items are very true to color on the website. I gave 4 stars because of the white edges. To tone the white down I purchased a small can of dark brown oil based stain and rubbed the sides with it. This created a light brown edge which I don't even notice anymore. I doubt anyone who did not know of the white would even give it a second look. Cost about $3 for the stain which did take a couple of days to dry completely.

I'm pleased with the artwork. Although the artwork lacks texture of original paintings, the vibrant colors make up for it. Very pleasing to the eyes.

I love this set. I have a dark chestnut bedroom set. I bought these to go above my headboard and they are perfect. They enrich the dark color of my set and bring out the grain in the wood far more than I expected. They arrived in perfect shape and as always in just a few days.

The paintings are done on nicely stretched canvas. The colors are as pretty as pictured. However, none of the sides of the canvas were painted. They were left white. These pictures HAVE to be framed. This ran into more money than the paintings.

These pieces are absolutely stunning...the colors are even brighter and more vibrant. I LOVE them!

When I read the description, I was hestitant in ordering it, because I was unclear if it was a true canvas or print item. In the description, it said, "This framed print is being custom built for you," so I thought it was a print not canvas. However, it is a canvas and it's nicer than what I expected. Very satisfied with it for that price.

This is my first time purchasing any art like this, the colors are vibrant and the quality is fantastic. They look great on the wall side-by-side in my entry to my house. I considered seperating the two pieces and hanging them on opposite ends of one of the rooms in my home, but together they make a lovely pair. Everyone loves them and they do go for a lot higher prices elsewhere (they aren't this kind of quality), so people think I've paid 2-3x the amount. The only semi-negative/neutral feedback is that it would be better if the sides of the canvas were painted black and not left natural canvas but I think it looks great all the same.

I really like these prints. When I bought them - I didn't realized they were unframed - so it cost me a little more to have them framed but I love them and they look great in my living room; but they would look great in any room!

Wow, what quality for the price. Great color and real canvas on wood frame, finishes our master bedroom goes great wih overstock rug we purchesed. Only down-side had no hanger on the back. Had to buy two small hanger brackes for back of picture and use brads to attach. Frame was also somewhat thinner than I would have like or expected. Frame was about 1/2" thick. Pictures look great worth the price.

Absolutley gorgoues , I submitted a request to be informed wen stock was available, took no more than 4 days . I receive an e-mail and ordered. Wish they came with hanging device.

everytime i look at those paintings it brighten my mood.

We just redecorated our family room in hues of gold and green - I was at first a bit sceptical in ordering art without seeing it. But much to my surprise - these paintings are PERFECT! The color, the size - just right over our fireplace. As a matter of fact when I ordered these paintings, a few days later this item went on sale.
