Honestly, it's much better than I expected. It is rather solid, so if it's not going to fit on your counter top or stay in one place permanently, I'd suggest finding a cart of some kind. I'm hooking mine up after dinner when we're going to be out of the kitchen and not using the sink for a while, so it isn't a major inconvenience. The quick adapter snaps on with no problems as long as you used the adapter that's included. And my main worry was that it was going to be in the floor until I found a cart and the hoses/cords would be too short, but they worked just fine from that distance. So far, so good.

First of all, the dishwasher works fine and was in excellent shape when I got it. It has maintained that good beginning. However, the machine is much larger than I thought it would be. I had measured my space on the counter and thought it would fit, but it was much too large. I had to call in a handyman to adapt it to working with my sink. I had to buy a new cabinet for it to sit on and new connection lines from the dishwasher to my faucet. I still have to clean my dishes completely before they go into the machine. The one good thing is that they are run through very hot water, so I feel good about them being germ-free.

Has some problems with leaking, but if you can deal with a couple wet towels, it does the job really well.

I had 2 of these sent to me. The first one was damaged and did not work. It was a big hassle to get it sent back. Not because of overstock but because of UPS. The second one that they sent out was dripping water and clearly used when I recieved it. It works fine but this is definately not the most thrilling purchase i have ever recieved from O.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. Pros: runs quietly, cleans well, has multiple cycle settings, very easy to hook up, matches my other white appliances, indicator light lets you know when rinse aid dispenser needs to be refilled, and is easy to use. Cons: The hoses take up a little space, but since I no longer have dishes filling up my sink this is not a problem for me at all. There is some noise when the water drains out into the sink, but I don't mind that either. The small size means that it doesn't fit very large items, but I'd much rather wash one or two items of cookware to have everything else washed in the dishwasher. I wish I would have found this and purchased it years ago!

There was only one review also when I ordered this dishwasher. I did take a chance because no manufacturer was mentioned is the "specifications". Regardless, I am very pleased with my washer. It has been given a workout and functions quite well. I particularly like the "pre-wash" option. The only reason that I give this a 4 rating is because I've found that the items at the back of the washer are not as clean, e.g. glasses. A whitish film is left on the glasses; they feel as if they had be sandblasted ? Otherwise easy hookup, no leaks, most quiet washer I've ever had. I recommend this 6 place setting washer.

This dishwasher is good for its pricing. It cleans the dishes if u rinse them first. Dishes over 12in high and 16in wide wont fit. Very good for cups, silverware, bowels, glasses. Any skillet, pot, or pans with grease that has been hand rinsed may need to go through 2 wash cycles still. That depends on how u cook. Its common sense that its a countertop dish washer that you would want to place it were there are no cupboards above. Controls are simple and easy to use and understand. If you are single or a couple this is a blessing for who ever currently washes the dishes. This dishwasher is not meant for a family with children. It dos the job and saves you the time. Nothing perfect. But its better than trying to stand at a sink for a long period of time. You will thank yourself.

I bought this for my small apartment that has a very little kitchen - no dishwasher :(. Living by myself I rarely have the need for a fullsized dishwasher anyway. But it's wonderful when I have company over or go a few days without hand washing. The only bad thing is it was just a little too tall to fit on the counter (under the cabinets) where I'd initially planned to place it. I fixed that by getting a small, lightweight microwave table which actually ended up being a better solution. I can roll the washer to the sink when I need to use it, then roll it back out to it's usual storage space...leaving me much needed kitchen/counter space! It's also very energy efficient, I haven't seen a difference in my utility bill. There are also several wash cycles to choose from, whether you're just washing delicate items like wine glasses and tupperware, regular items like plates, bowls, etc., all the way to heavy pots and pans. This is a very good choice for anyone who lives alone or with just a roommate/spouse in a smaller living area where extra space is a necessity.

I love this little dishwasher. It fits on the counter nicely snd runs very quietly. With a teenage boy there's always dirty dishes in the sink but this little washer helps keep my sink and counters clear. It cleans nicely too. The only thing I would change would be the hoses. They don't retract and there's not room behind the unit so they just have to lay in the sink, otherwise it's perfect.

I love my new countertop dishwasher. No more dirty dishes on the kitchen counter waiting to be washed in addition to no dishwashing. Here are a few things to know: 1. It's heavy and comes in a big box. You may need someone to help you with it. 2. Run the water until it gets hot before you connect the hose and begin washing. 3. Follow the directions for loading the basket. If you face the dish toward the dishwasher wall, it will not get clean.

Great option for a rental unit! It does an adequate amount of dishes in a load and gets everything clean.

Ive had this for a few weeks now. The build quality is better than expected. Its solid, no leaks. It held more dishes than i expected it to and cleans them very well. I use cascade powder with liquid finishing drying stuff. We couldn't be happier with this small portable dishwasher. It fit perfectly on our counter and the hose has a quick connect thing so you never have to spin anything on after installation. It is possible to put this in a cabinet. Its even small enough to slid under your sink cabinet to hide it from view if you have a large enough space down there. But my wife prefers it to remain at counter height for each loading. The dishwasher has a few settings you can use for different cycles and loads, and I see very very little water and energy to run. A fraction of what you would use to hand wash dishes. The savings will show on your bills. Ive already seen a difference.

My wife and I live in an apartment, and wasted hours doing dishes (we cook dinner at home every night). After reading other reviews, we purchased this dishwasher about 1.5 months ago, and boy are we glad we did! We put it next to our sink (it is fairly large so look at dimensions carefully), and we just hook it up each night after dinner. We have found that the 'speed cycle' is sufficient to clean the dishes if they don't have hard stuck on food on them. This lasts about 55 minutes. You can fit a large amount of dishes in this small dishwasher, you just have to be creative! We truly love this dishwasher, it is pretty quiet. After it is done washing, we just open the door to aid in drying, and this works fine. The only drawback is the actual size of the dishwasher. We have ALOT of counterspace so not really an issue for us, but something to think about if you have a smaller kitchen.

I bought this dishwasher as a gift for my sister, she does not have room for a full size dishwasher. She loves it! Her only complaint is that it does not load and unload itself. It does a great job getting the dishes clean.

We love the Koldfront countertop dishwasher, which actually fits on our countertop! Super easy to hook up, we had the entire dishwasher out of the box, hooked up and running in less than 30 minutes. So far we've every dish/pan/glass has come out spotless. As we've only been using the dishwasher for a week, I'll return with additional information on durability in a few months but I wanted to share our experience with anyone out there considering this dishwasher for a small space.

Would not recommend. With normal use for 1 person, dishwasher stopped functioning at about 11 months. Other than that, appeared to clean well. Warranty by overstock was great! No questions asked.

We moved into a small house with no dishwasher. I'm a fanatic about leaving dishes in the sink and this provided a perfect solution. Then when it is full, I run it. Very nice and convenient.

This item was purchased for my son's college rental home. He is living with 4 other guy friends and the house does not have a dishwasher! The boys acted like I had purchased them a new car when it was delivered! I have been told it is easy to hook up and washes well! Great purchase!
Cozy kitchens can have all the conveniences of large kitchens. Just because your kitchen is small doesn't mean you can't enjoy large appliances, like dishwashers. Portable dishwashers are a convenience for small kitchens. When there isn't enough cabinet space to begin with, it's hard to justify installing a dishwasher and losing even more storage areas. Portable dishwashers are convenient and simple to hook up, and they even create an additional work surface for your kitchen. Since they roll on casters, portable dishwashers can easily be stored out of the way until they are ready to be used.
Choosing a dishwasher is a personal decision based on many factors. Like other large appliances, dishwashers vary widely in performance, the amount of water used, size, style and options. In fact, it is hard to define the best dishwasher when there are so many variables. For example, the best dishwasher for a bachelor could be a compact dishwasher perfect for a loft apartment while the best dishwasher for a family of five may be a large stainless steel dishwasher that will hold up under years of heavy use. Before you make your choice, you must first determine what is most important to you in a dishwasher.
Like most large appliances, dishwashers have advanced quite a bit in the last few years, with features designed to make washing dishes easier than ever and save you money by using less energy. Proper cleaning of your dishwasher will keep it looking and performing like new for years to come. You may regularly clean out your refrigerator and wipe down your other kitchen appliances, but dishwasher maintenance and cleaning care is often overlooked for the simple reason that many believe a dishwasher will simply clean itself. However, without proper cleaning, your dishwasher can be a breeding spot for germs and grime that will leave your dishes anything but clean and sanitary, and not cleaning your dishwasher can lead to other dishwasher problems as well. In order to avoid a germy build-up of mold and grime on your dishware, use the following techniques when cleaning your dishwasher.
When buying a new dishwasher, you'll normally first concern yourself with price and style.
