Not completly sold on it.....
Well I didn't quite get what I expected. The Mop is easy to assemble, I just wish the steam got hotter, I'm not sure its actually hot enough to kill anything, however I do really like the carpet attachment, it did work really well on short length carpets like door mats and area rugs. The hand held steamer packs a little more punch for steam, but the attachments come off too easily while you are using them, espcially the arm for the window cleaner. That made it pretty aggravating because I kept having to stop what I was doing and re-attach it, also the window cleaner attachment, I couldn't figure out how to use it with out leaving huge streaks on my window.
